ReelsTip to reduce stress levels at veneer seats?? GIVE ME ALL OF THEM 😤 Nothing is worse than the NIGHTMARE of gushing angry gums at veneer seat day and the pt just drove like 2 hours/flew in for this appointment and so you better seat those bad boys or ELSE Anyways. 😂 This changed the game for me Shoutout @doctormichaelallen for showing us this technique — literally game changing & @smiletrendinstitute for teaching me everything I know about veneers!!

ReelsWhatever patient wants, patient gets 👌🏻 Just kidding 🤣 More like she told me “my old orthodontist said they could do it for me” and, I love a good challenge, so I said “if you’re down I’m down to try but I haven’t done this before” I know there’s more capabilities to Medit’s Ortho Suite so this is just a touch of what we can do, but hopefully I’ll try out more of Medit’s ortho later on!

ReelsSUCKTEMBER aka the month a lot of offices slow down bc all the kiddos are going back to school & people are squeezing in their last minute summer vacations 😤 schedules can slow down (although side note today was SLAMMIN’ with emergencies help) But this is your time to check things before the end of the year rush!! Although some of the things (like checking your waterlines) should be done quarterly so hopefully you haven’t skipped it since January 😅

Let me know your fav tips on finding MB2! Me scared over here posting this bc there’s so many endodontists here 🫣

ReelsTHE 3 NUMBERS NOBODY EXPLAINS 👇 PRODUCTION is technically the office fees for things. If you’re at a PPO office we never go by this number because it honestly doesn’t mean much ADJUSTED PRODUCTION is the fee when accounting for insurance contracted rates. This is usually what we mean by “production” (yes, confusing, I know) COLLECTIONS is the amount actually collected (accounting for insurance denials, pts not paying their copays…) Obviously everyone wants to be paid on production But realistically I’ve only gotten paid on collections at my associate jobs Shoot your shot. Ask to be paid on adjusted production, especially if their collections rate is lower And yes, the 70% in my example is an exceptionally poor collections office I used it so the gap was obvious Even at 95% collections it’s still about $12K There’s definitely more to the job hunt than these 3 things But these are great to start off with!
