When your account deletion is finalized, we permanently remove your personal profile, credentials, and activity from our active databases:

• Account credentials — Registered phone number, email address, password hash, and authentication tokens.
• Profile & identity data — Full name, creator handle, biography, profile avatar, location, and contact preferences.
• Creator shortlists & briefs — All saved influencer lists, campaign briefs, private notes, and custom filters you created.
• Social integrations — Connected Instagram / YouTube authorization tokens and cached private statistics.
• Messages & activity — Direct collaboration messages, chat logs, and in-app notifications.
• Device & session data — Push notification tokens (FCM/APNS), device IDs, and active session logins across all devices.

In compliance with statutory requirements under Indian law (including the Income Tax Act, 1961, the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and the Companies Act, 2013), certain records cannot be immediately erased:

• Financial and billing records — Invoices, payout statements, TDS certificates, and campaign contracts are securely retained for up to 8 financial years as legally mandated.
• Fraud prevention & audit logs — Anonymized system security logs, chargeback records, and fraud-detection markers are retained for up to 90 days to prevent abuse.
• Restricted archival — Any retained data is isolated in secure, encrypted storage with strict access controls, disconnected from public queries, and never used for marketing.

Immediate deactivation: Upon submitting your deletion request in the app, your session is terminated, and your profile is immediately hidden from the creator directory and search results.

14-day grace period: We provide a 14-day cooling-off window. If you submitted the request by accident or change your mind, contact us at hello@fliqsocial.com from your registered email within 14 days to cancel the deletion.

30-day permanent erasure: Once the 14-day grace period expires, all personal information is purged from our production databases and automated backup lifecycles within 30 days, adhering to the DPDP Act, 2023.

Our website features a public directory of creators with statistics indexed from public Instagram and YouTube profiles.

If you are a creator listed in our public directory and do not have a FliqSocial mobile app account, you can still request profile delisting, data correction, or removal at any time without creating an account.

Email our team at hello@fliqsocial.com or send a direct message from your official social media account. We will verify your handle and remove or update your directory listing within 7 working days with no questions asked.

As a Data Principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you hold the following statutory rights:

• Right to erasure of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.
• Right to access a summary of personal data processed by us and identities of third parties with whom it was shared.
• Right to correction, completion, and updating of inaccurate or misleading personal data.
• Right to withdraw consent previously given for data processing at any time.
• Right to nominate another individual to exercise data rights in the event of death or incapacity.
• Right of grievance redressal and escalating unresolved complaints to the Data Protection Board of India.

We acknowledge all requests within 48 hours and complete formal resolution within 30 days as mandated by Indian law.
