FliqSocial helps brands find and work with creators. The website shows a directory of creators with public statistics and lets you contact us about campaigns. Campaign work itself — scope, fees, deliverables and timelines — is covered by a separate written agreement between you and FliqSocial.

Creator statistics are collected from public sources and refreshed regularly, but they are estimates. Follower counts, engagement and growth can change at any time and may be incomplete or out of date. Rankings reflect our data at the time, not an endorsement of any creator.

Listing a creator does not mean they work with us exclusively or have agreed to any particular collaboration.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Scrape, copy or bulk-download directory data, or use bots to access the site.
• Resell, republish or build a competing database from our content.
• Harass, spam or impersonate creators, brands or our team.
• Try to bypass locked features, security measures or rate limits.
• Use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.

The website design, text, logos and software belong to FliqSocial. Creator photos, posts and names belong to the creators. Instagram and YouTube are trademarks of their owners; FliqSocial is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta or Google.

The site links to creators' social profiles and other third-party websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or that any campaign will achieve a particular result.

To the extent the law allows, FliqSocial is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to ₹10,000.

You agree to compensate FliqSocial for losses caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

We may update these terms, or change or suspend parts of the website, at any time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
