When I first saw Nykaa’s new Love Struck lipstick launch, I was like,Hey, why does this remind me of something I already own? And then it clicked..I have a very similar looking lipstick from Rude Cosmetics in Mauve Blush! The packaging is so similar, especially that heart shaped window! The only obvious difference is the finish. Nykaa’s comes in silver, while Rude Cosmetics has a gorgeous golden packaging. I was also wondering why everyone was calling Nykaa’s packaging so unique when I already had something so similar in my collection! But coming to the formula, the finishes are quite different. The Rude Cosmetics lipstick has a satin matte finish that feels comfortable and has a slight sheen, whereas Nykaa Love Struck has a proper powder matte finish, which is what I personally prefer most of the time. And honestly, I’m loving the texture of the Nykaa one!
