CarouselDon't forget to bookmark this one! Some of the homemade and store bought snacks my fat loss clients enjoy! These are all mostly <150-200 kcal a serve and do a great job of crushing those mid day or midnight cravings 😎 Which of these do you already eat? Or if you have any other low snacks you enjoy, lemme know in the comments and help the fam out 🤗 Popcorn 🍿 Usually air popped at home but some store bought salted popcorns work great too. 20g = ~100 kcal Rice cakes with tons of topping options -> cottage cheese/hung curd, ham, veggies, powdered PB, fruit 🍓 Murmura chaat! 🌶️ A great way to get in some extra veggies which can make this a pretty high volume snack. 30g puffed rice = ~100 kcal Fruits! I'll never trust a nutrition coach who bans fruit outright. Some good low calorie fruits are berries, melons, mango, plums, peaches, papaya, pineapple, apples, orange, kiwi, grapefruit 🥝🍓🫐🍎🍍 Greek yogurt, skyr or hung curd with fruit! Higher volume than just having fruit by itself, with the benefit of additional protein. Add monk fruit, stevia or other 0 kcal sweetener if you like. 🍦 This makes for a great fro-yo dessert too. Coffees & teas/chais! ☕🍵 Remember, a basic coffee or tea by itself (with toned milk or unsweetened almond/soy/cashew milk) is usually not high calorie. It's the fried munchies alongside it that are usually the problem. Masala corn 🌽🌶️🍋🟩 Boiled corn, salt, red chilli powder, lime! 120g corn = ~100 kcal (And it's a pretty decent sized serving) Zero or low calorie drinks. Great way to feel fuller between meals with minimal calories. Makhana/makhana chaat. Great replacement for chips imo 🪷 1 small pack = ~100-130kcal Although you can even dry roast them at home for a leaner version. Veggie sticks with a dip! This is especially good if you've already consumed most of your kcals for the day or are on a very low calorie diet. Veggies are very very lean so they make for a great crunchy snack. Protein drinks & bars 🍼 We don't have very many macro friendly protein bars in India but Phab has a decent calorie to protein ratio (especially the mini and cheat bars). My @sheenafiteats protein truffles! 💪🏽 These make for a bri

ReelsContext: while going through vacation videos, I came across this one, walking down the street, that Alpha took. My first reaction was, "wait! Is that what I look like from the back?!" 🫢 I know I'm not overweight but I'm also not my leanest rn and even though it's not often, I do find myself picking out "flaws" that aren't even real. The first thing I noticed was my back fat, those little rolls that I didn't know were there and how slumpy I looked. But, just 2 mins later, I came across the lat pulldown video LITERALLY taken that very same morning! I remember being so proud when I took that video and it's sad that the feeling that lingered was the negative one, not the one of pride. Having watched and rewatched both videos a dozen times now, this is just another good reminder that overcoming insecurities requires consistent and conscious effort. You don't have to tell me how foolish I am for feeling bad about the first video, I already know that. This is just a reminder (to you and me) that bodies move, bras dig into your skin, lighting makes a difference, some clothes can make it look like you don't lift and you can look different on the same day.

ReelsHonestly, it doesn't get better than this!! ✨ Alpha hates planning and I absolutely love it. So this day was a complete secret itinerary for him and I made sure we took pretty much every mode of transportation lol 😆 I 10/10 recommend stealing this Talat Phlu itinerary. If you've watched How To Make Millions Before Grandma Dies, this is the area it was filmed in 🎥 Places mentioned in this video are: 💪🏽 @unrealgymbkk 🛏️ @thequarteronnut_hotel ☕ @suriya_coffee Suriya Coffee 🥮 Khanom Wan Talat Phlu 🍤 Bankhunlek Home Cooking

ReelsIt's so special to be able to take your hobbies along with you on holiday! 🐍 🔦 What a great way to see a foreign country. I would never stay up for a wild night but ask me to walk for 4 hours in search of wildlife and I'm your guy! 🤭 ___________________ @dineandwander_ was an amazing guide and it was so easy becoming friends even though we'd met for the first time. Please note that she does NOT do tours, so please do not DM her asking for prices, locations etc. Being the amazing person she is, I'm sure she'll be happy to answer any respectful messages though.

Reels1st Day, 1st Run in our favourite city!! We checked into our hotel at 11pm the night before but couldn't wait to get in our Saturday run. This Benchi to Lumphini route is our fav, especially on easy run days. So much people/cat/lizard/turtle watching and the food and massage post-run just hits different. @alphamadhu crushed a 12k and I called it quits once I spotted the guava juice at 8k 🧃🍈

CarouselThis one's a SUPERPOST 🦸🏽♀️🛒 (don't forget to bookmark) This list doesn't contain the obvious rice, atta, oats, chai, coffee, sugar, salt, masalas but if you're curious about those, feel free to leave your questions in the comments below A few things you might notice: ✓ We don't keep hyper-palatable (no-one can eat just one) foods like biscuits, chips, chocolates etc at home. That doesn't mean we never eat them, we just buy a small pack when we want it and that's that. For our daily snacks we keep foods like murmura, boiled corn etc that take some effort to prep & aren't very easy to overeat ✓ We don't keep booze at home. We both struggle with alcohol so we keep our home booze-free. ✓ We store most of our fresh veggies chopped in air tight boxes and not in the crisper. We get Ruksana (our literal lifeline) to do this and it just makes our life a million times easier since we cook 90% of our own meals and having ingredients prepped is half the work done. 🛒 The pictures I've used are of the brands we actually buy, fyi As usual, leave any relevant questions in the comments and please don't forget to ❤️, share & bookmark P.S. I am NOT sponsored by any of these brands 😚
