In India, when similar issues arise, institutional processes are followed. Recently, Justice Yashwant Varma resigned, after which the parliamentary proceedings ended. Such cases remind us that every institution needs strong accountabilty. Yet, the vast majority of Indian judges serve with honesty and dedication, protecting the Constitution and delivering justice to millions.

UP mein Paisa bahut hai ek to Based on : Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India on STATE FINANCES this whole thing happened during Akhilesh Yadav time as UP CM, from 2012 to 2017. Government gave lots of money to different departments , like panchayati raj, school education, social welfare and all , money came from centre grants or state funds.total came to almost 97,906 crore rupees But when time came to show proof, departments didn't submit utilisation certificates. Means, where the money went, how much spent, what bills, what reports , all that proof not given on time. CAG report (which came in 2018, State Finances Audit Report for year ended March 2017) clearly said this is big irregularity. Irregularity means rules got broken, no proper accountability CAG wrote: "Non-submission of Utilisation Certificates amounting to ₹97,906.27 crore" and called it serious financial irregularity. Departments used the grant but didn't give proof, so nobody knows for sure if money went to right place or not What happened after? In 2018 report came out, then Yogi government said they will investigate, but no big case, no arrests, no money recovered – nothing like that came in public. Maybe some certificates got submitted later, or system improved, because now in latest CAG reports UP has 11-12 thousand crore pending UCs (till 2023-24). Means problem still there.
