ReelsThinking Out Loud Episode 13 | Parents Don’t Have a Crystal Ball 🔮 Indian parents can turn rishta hunting into a full-blown due diligence exercise. 😂 Family checked. Salary checked. Property checked. Horoscope… obviously checked. 😄 But here’s the thing: Nobody can guarantee how a marriage will turn out. So perhaps the real question isn’t, “Did my child choose the right person?” It is: “If life goes wrong, does my child know they can still come home?” Because parenting doesn’t come with a crystal ball. It comes with a promise — “Whatever happens, you won’t face it alone.” ❤️ #IndianContentCreator #IndianMomCreator #ParentingCreator #FamilyContentCreator #DigitalCreatorIndia ( Indian parenting, Indian mom creator, parenting creator India, family content creator, Indian content creator, modern Indian parenting, parenting adult children, arranged marriage India, Indian family values, marriage conversations )

ReelsThinking Out Loud series by @ananyafeelsthat | Episode 12 : Who is the Head of Your Family? “Who is the head of your family?” I didn’t realise how much that question would make me think. Because I’ve never thought of myself as anything less than an equal in my marriage. Yet somewhere, in the way society works, “head of the family” still seems to come with a default answer. And then my daughter asked me why our marriage certificate had the fathers’ names… but not the mothers’. I told her, “We live in a patriarchal society. You’ll understand when you’re older.” But later, I found myself wondering— Are we teaching our girls to live with patriarchy… instead of teaching them to question it? Because our children learn not just from what we tell them, but from what they see us normalise. Maybe change isn’t just about raising girls who can challenge stereotypes. It’s about raising boys who never learn those stereotypes in the first place and thus never grow up to dismiss a woman. Maybe families don’t need a head. Maybe they just need partners. What are we teaching our children without even realising it? ❤️ #MomInfluencerIndia #IndianMomBlogger #GenderEquality #ConsciousParenting #BangaloreMomBlogger (Indian mom influencer, Bangalore mom influencer, parenting in India, conscious parenting, gender equality in India, patriarchy in India, gender roles in family, gender stereotypes in children, raising girls with confidence, raising boys with equality)

Reels🎙️ Thinking Out Loud series | Episode 11 : I Don’t Want to Raise a Good Girl by @ananyafeelsthat Do you call an obedient child a “good child”? A girl who doesn’t raise her voice. Doesn’t question adults. Doesn’t say no. Doesn’t make things difficult. Is she really an “ideal girl”… or have we simply labelled her good because she makes it easier for us to make her comply? Because there’s a big difference between teaching a child to be respectful and teaching them to be obedient. I don’t want my daughter to grow up thinking that being “good” means being agreeable. I want her to question. To disagree. To have boundaries. To speak up. And yes, sometimes… to make me uncomfortable. Because a child who thinks for themselves may not always be easy to parent — but that doesn’t make them a bad child. So… what exactly do we mean when we call a child “good”? #PositiveParenting #bangaloremomblogger #ParentingInfluencers #ParentingReels #indianmomblogger [conscious parenting, positive parenting, gentle parenting, raising confident kids, raising strong girls, child boundaries, teaching children to speak up, parenting and obedience, parenting girls, respectful parenting]

ReelsThinking Out Loud series by @ananyafeelsthat Episode 9 : Prepare Kids for Careers that Don’t Exist Yet The future has a plot twist. 😄 Kyra was asked: “What do you want to be when you grow up?” Her answer? Doctor. Baker. Firefighter. Artist. And I thought… why are we still asking kids to pick ONE? The kid who becomes a doctor might also be an artist. An engineer might be a psychologist. A teacher might be a creator. A marketer might be an AI storyteller. Because the next big career might not even have a name yet. 👀 Ten years ago, “influencer” wasn’t exactly career counselling material. Today? It pays the bills. 💵 So maybe our parenting question needs an upgrade: ❌ “What do you want to become?” ✅ “What can you create with what you’re learning?” Because subjects aren’t career boxes. They’re tools for thinking. And if AI can handle more of the routine stuff, our kids will need more of what makes them wonderfully human: Curiosity. Creativity. Empathy. Adaptability. The careers of tomorrow don’t exist yet. But the kids who’ll create them are sitting in our homes right now. ✨ What did you want to become as a kid ? #MomInfluencer #ParentingInfluencer #MomBlogger #BangaloreMom #IndianMomBlogger [Future Ready Kids, Future Careers, Parenting Tips, Modern Parenting, Mom Blogger India, Mom Influencer India, Kids and AI, Future Skills, Raising Future Ready Kids, Parenting Reels]
ReelsTHINKING OUT LOUD series by @ananyafeelsthat | Episode 9 🧠 : Parents are Entitled to Payback A man spends ₹370 on biryani... ...and suddenly believes he’s entitled to something in return. Most of us called that out instantly. But then I caught myself saying something eerily similar to my daughter: “After everything I’ve done for you...” And that made me wonder... Do parents sometimes expect emotional payback for the love, care, and sacrifices we make? This episode isn’t about whether children need boundaries—they absolutely do. It’s about the stories we tell ourselves when those boundaries are crossed. Because love stops feeling safe the moment it starts sounding like a bill that’s due. Have you ever caught yourself saying, “After all I’ve done for you...”? I’d love to know what this brought up for you. ❤️ #ConsciousParenting #indianparentingblogger #BangaloreParents #bangaloreblogger #indianmomblogger ( conscious parenting , Bangalore mom blogger, positive parenting , parent child relationship , Indian parenting , Bangalore parents , Bengaluru parenting , biryaniisnotconsent )

Reels#Ad Confession time: my boiling pot just got... unemployed. 😅👋 Turns out all those kitchen gymnastics with steaming pots and tongs weren’t the upgrade I thought they were. 🤯 When I found out the Philips Avent Sterilizer gives 2X better germ protection vs boiling *, I knew it was time to retire the old-school routine. Less juggling, more peace of mind. 💙✨ Because parenting is already a full-time job—my cookware doesn’t need to make it harder. 😌 So tell me...👇 🔥 Team “I’ve always boiled”? ⚡ Or Team “Work smarter, not harder”? *Disclaimer: Based on analysis from multicentric real-world survey conducted by IQVIA with 120 participants across four Indian cities (July-August 2025), reflecting estimates of real-world activity.
