PostsAnother after hours with @allyoucanmoove, one of our favourite partners in sweat and “moOVE”ment. Night bootcamps, workouts that feel more like a party, and this Saturday was no different. And of course, never without our fam @thefunclab taking charge of all the hydration and fueling. Here’s to many more nights like these, and maybe a few early mornings too ;)

PostsYou don’t have to love it yet. Maybe you already know you like a good Bootcamp, or Mobility is your thing because your body just feels better after it. Great, keep showing up for that. And maybe there’s something you’ve been curious about but haven’t tried. You don’t need to be a runner to come for the run with the crew. You don’t need to be able to hold a handstand to come to Handstand. Most of us started out not knowing what we were doing either. All of it happens here every weekend, and sometimes we throw in a workshop too. Come for the thing you love, or the thing you’re unsure about. Either way, it’s nice to just show up sometimes and see where it takes you.

Reels20-odd people showed up. Different ages, paces and abilities with different reasons for being there. But for an hour, we ran together. And standing there, looking at them, I realized this is probably my favourite part of coaching. It’s not the pace, the distance or the watch stats. It’s getting people together. Helping them move a little better, feel a little fitter and maybe do something they didn’t think they could. Running was never really my thing. Funny how things keep changing. Pretty bloody cool, this coaching thing.

Reelsmore in caption below-> since coming back to mumbai, the stories i hear are wild. a physio digging elbows into an acute spasm until it flares up worse. that’s what happens when the bar to entry is low and complacency is normalised. a tip for my future client: if your physio can never say “i don’t know”, or hands you a super specific biomechanical story for why your pain won’t go away (pelvic tilt, scapula, “your hip is rotated”), be careful. they’re probably shit, but an excellent salesperson. and what better way to keep you coming back. a good physio loads you, tests you, and tells you when they’re not sure. everyone in this reel is a client. all lifting. send this to someone stuck in rehab limbo. dm “REHAB” if you want it done properly. #fyp #physio #mumbai #injuryprevention

ReelsMom. Son. Training partners. Meet Rambha & VG. The best training partner isn’t always the one your age. Sometimes it’s the person who’s known you longest. No big lesson here. Just two best buds who show up, lift heavy, and get some good time together while they’re at it. That’s the whole point of the hour. It should feel good while you’re in it, and you should walk out feeling better than when you walked in. The hope is that the feeling should stay with you long after you leave.

PostsOur day-to-day isn’t just the sessions and classes at HQ. There’s a whole online world too, and we love it just as much. One-on-ones, virtual group classes, living rooms, hotel rooms, balconies, wherever you are. And just because it’s on a screen doesn’t mean it’s any less. That hour is still all yours. Your coach is still watching every rep, catching the dropped elbow, the knee caving in, the shortcut on the last set. Same eyes, same corrections, same care. Different city, different time zone, doesn’t matter. You’re never really training alone.

PostsSome days the alarm wins the argument, the couch looks way too good, and skipping feels easier. Those are the days you show up anyway, because someone’s expecting you. Your coach, your workout buddy, or both. Just glimpses from HQ. Yesterday it was the group classes, today it’s one-on-ones and buddy sessions. Again, nothing special, and nothing out of the ordinary. But it’s the everyday that makes this place what it is.

PostsNothing new to see here. Just a mix of days at SOHFIT HQ. Everyday classes, honest effort, with laughs between sets. People at every age and stage of life train side by side. If you’ve seen this before, that’s the point. When you show up every day, it stops being something you make time for and becomes something you simply do. It becomes such a part of your life that you hardly notice how much it matters. We don’t share it because it’s new. We share it because it matters.

PostsI used to run alone. Some days I still do. But knowing my run buddies are out there chasing the same or similar goal, whether we’re side by side or just checking in on the chat, makes every kilometre feel nicer and lighter. The Sohfit Run Series starts 12th October (and I am doing this one with you guys). Wherever you are, whatever your pace, you’re not doing this alone. Link in bio. We will be closing sign ups this weekend. So get on it if you are keen to join us.

ReelsThere’s something so special about watching women discover their strength. This group started as beginners they are learning the basics, figuring out how to squat, hinge, push and pull, and building confidence one session at a time. And now? They’re lifting heavier, moving better, pushing themselves, and doing things they probably didn’t think they could do a few weeks ago. That’s the magic of strength training. You don’t need to be fit before you start. You don’t need to be young. You don’t need to know what you’re doing. You just need to start. Then we build from there. So proud of this group. Watching their confidence grow alongside their strength has been the best part. Back to you program @sohfitofficial ❤️

PostsSometimes you just need to go for it. Dig deep, leave it all on the table and take that leap of faith you know you need to. A lot of our students did exactly that this weekend. Different goals, different journeys, different reasons for being there, but all of them willing to put themselves out there and see what they were capable of. And then you see these faces. That’s the bit that makes all of it worth it. The pride, the happiness, the disbelief, the “holy shit, I actually did that” look. Sometimes you just have to take the leap. Posts𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝. Forget reality, Hyrox wasn’t even a dream until last year. But. Six months ago, one random conversation was enough to ignite the fire. I didn’t know it then, but choosing @radhicka as my partner turned out to be way more favourable than I’d imagined. We had one common goal — to have fun while we’re at it. And it’s the most fun we’ve ever had. My friend turned coach, @devikasahajwani has done almost all Hyrox races in India. She had been our constant support these past 4 months. The reason Hyrox seemed attainable was thanks to the strength foundation laid by @sohrabk82 for the last three years @sohfitofficial HQ. Finally, if living with a hybrid rockstar doesn’t motivate you enough, then God knows what will. It’s inspiring to see @sandeepbains13 outperforming himself with every single race. With him around, I think it wasn’t a matter of will I, rather when will I.

ReelsThere’s something about young athletes that’s really got me having fun again. You want to see them grow and get better, you want sport and fitness in the country to be taken as seriously as academics. I’ve learnt a lot of lessons from text books and from the sports field. Getting kids to have fun and get faster at the same time gives me a lot of joy. We absolutely enjoyed working with the young athletes @nmajsmumbai last year and this year is about taking things a notch higher with these rock stars. Looking forward to really having a blast with these kids with my partner in this crime @devikasahajwani - got to make the athletes in this school dominate.

Reels23 mins cut... in one year!! What a year it's been with HYROX... From 2hrs & 18 mins to 1 hr and 55 mins... But more importantly it's been a year of breaking mental and physical barriers. ..from not being able to run, reasonably low in endurance capacity, an entirely non competitive mindset it's moved me to honestly not just now loving to run, but seeing so many aspects of joy coming out of this constant endeavour to just always do better than last time, push a little.harder, go a little further,.. no pressure .. just enjoying the process.. just living differently without letting go of any parts of my life that i love to have around ( the more than occasional drink, chicken 65 or just a meal beyond the regular ) ...that has been the best part of the last year And, shoutout to @sohrabk82 @sohfitofficial 🙌 Besties @mad_toothbrush @rakshitaswami And my Forever Cheerleader and ❤️ @poojajauhari ( for bearing with everything that has come along with this Mid-Life crisis of mine) Now time to go below 1:45.. 😉

PostsThis one is SPECIAL .. It was not about the race …It was about the person I was doing it with … My coach @mirchandanidivij … and for him it was about having fun …It takes a special kind of person to see something in you that you do not see in yourself and to keep pushing you till you’ve achieved it- @mirchandanidivij is that person .. I have never been physically strong till we started training together.. I owe that to him .. He has seen me at my worst … pushed me to do my best .. This race challenges you in ways you can’t even imagine but this is what makes it worth it - Your partner - who had a smile on his face through out … Your cheer squad - when you see them you feel safe and that drives you to push harder and that feeling at the finish line which is indescribable To my friends @sohrabk82 - my silent saint …I wouldn’t even be here without you , @daneeshd - who taught me what true resilience and tenacity means and to My @karishma.l.m - you are a hug for the soul in human form , a kind of quiet strength that carries other people … always be you … ain’t no one like you … And for my family mom @umashah13 who has never missed a single race of mine and brother who has been my support and guiding light throughout my life- that’s my entire world … and finally to @sohfitofficial - you’ll breed excellence!!!

ReelsA girl finished her session and said, “Please don’t tell my dad I lifted.” That line has been sitting with me since we recorded this. She wasn’t hiding a mistake. She was hiding the fact that she got stronger. Sohrab runs a teens batch with 15–20 kids squatting 40 and 50 kilos, and he says the kids are never the difficult part. They walk in asking, “Please, can I lift today?” The convincing happens with us. The parents. Somewhere along the way, we started believing that strength wasn’t meant for our daughters. That lifting would make them bulky, that it would stunt their growth, that they should choose something “softer.” And they absorbed those fears without us ever saying them out loud. His answer to her was the right one: “Your dad should be proud that you lifted.” Raise a daughter who never has to hide the fact that she is strong. 🤍 Save this and share it with the parent who needs to rethink strength. Tell me honestly, were you ever told that lifting was not for girls? Tag a mumma raising a strong daughter. ReelsMonths of effort. Months of showing up. And now—it’s here. This week. Hyrox race week. But it’s not just about you racing. It’s about what we’ve seen and learnt together along the way with you. Every grind, every breakthrough, every moment you chose to show up—it’s shaped us too. So this week, we’re not just standing on the sidelines. We’re right there, your biggest cheerleaders, carrying all those lessons with us. We are, because you are. Good luck to each one racing! P.S: Sorry if we may have missed some folks in the video.

PostsAs a coach, I don’t really care about the podium as much as I care about what happens before you get there. How you show up. How you handle the bad days. Whether you keep going when things don’t go your way. The race is one day. The mindset you build through all those sessions, struggles and small wins — that’s what stays with you.

PostsI got a lead the other day, and he questioned that his consult will be in a gym rather than a clinic? i think it is a normal response here, injury-clinic-doctor? i think. so, i was told -you got to use your instagram, post more about work. but hey, then it’s a paradox, you want to uphold professional standards but also promote your work. it’s such a grey space, and most of the shit out here is shit. anyway, this is my fav topic to rant on, but hey a girls gotta work to do. i hope in that process i never forget to be authentic towards my work. a lil snippet compilation of my work.🥰 ………………… #sportsphysio #athletictraining #injury #rehab 3month bed rest for a hamstring 3c is bollocks but our indian orthos rather deal with deconditioning than grow a spine an refer to physio. in season is probably one of the most challenging one to program. so much variables to monitor while preserving the intensity at each session. this absolute unit, so so skilful, and somehow relied on it for too long with a lack of strength training. introducing snc during in-season, is literally us trying to stay on a grey line and not get her to OL. a star patient. post op, he was given a b&w sheet of paper and told to continue doing that for 2 months, RAGE BAIT, but he’s looked me in the eye and told me i don’t care about it, i trust you to make me strong and look at him now!!!!!!!! lil 19yo w 2year history of LBP, has only ever done “stabilisation exs” so much deconditioning and fear avoidance to movement but hey, atleast we’ve got her picking up weights and jumping.
PostsSometimes I don’t understand why I blabber so much but coaching is life for me. Has been for a while. Giving them a lil talk after every session is the best part. It’s just a lil reflection point of what the session was. It also allows us to touch on topics we can’t really do whilst working out. I’ll say this to kids and adults though, leave your EGO outside the gym door when you walk in and relax, everything doesn’t need to be done today. Unfiltered chat covered by my favorite @karishma.l.m (thank you as always) ABSOLUTELY love coaching.

ReelsDon’t take fitness — or life — too seriously. Not every workout needs a goal. Sometimes just run, jump, crawl, fall, laugh and play. Train hard. But don’t forget to have some damn fun. Keep the kid in you alive.

ReelsTraining these teenagers is honestly the best part of my day. Not because they’re perfect, in fact far from it. They get tired, mess things up, complain, laugh at each other and they probably wonder why I’m making them do something particularly horrible. But they show up. And every single time they do, they give it everything they’ve got. I think we sometimes underestimate how important it is for kids to learn what it feels like to be strong. To work hard. To fail at something and try again. To understand that progress doesn’t happen overnight. Training isn’t just about getting fitter or stronger. It’s about giving them the confidence to know that their bodies are capable of more than they think. And if we can teach them to enjoy moving, to respect their bodies and to make training a normal part of their lives while they’re young, we’ve given them something that will stay with them long after they leave the gym. Couldn’t be prouder of this lot. Thank you for the help today @ridhishashettyy

PostsWhether you’re training for a sport, taking part in Hyrox, preparing for a marathon, lifting serious weights, or simply training regularly, these sessions can help you: • Improve and maintain your range of motion • Strengthen the smaller muscle groups that often get overlooked • Explore movements and positions that may be missing from your regular training • Give attention to pain and niggles instead of simply training around or through them • Fill some of the gaps that naturally develop when we tend to stick to the movements and positions that feel familiar and safe • Build a body that feels better and is more capable of continuing to train over time For me, training and movement are a huge part of my life. The goal isn’t just to train hard right now, but to be able to keep moving and training consistently for as long as possible. That’s what these sessions are really about: giving you more tools to take care of your body, fill the gaps in your training, and support the longevity of the things you love doing.

Reels“I coach because I know how deeply movement can change a person — not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. Fitness gave me discipline, confidence, purpose, and a way to reconnect with myself, and now I want to help others experience that same transformation. There is something powerful about watching someone achieve what they once doubted they could do. I believe training is more than exercise; it is about building resilience, self-belief, and learning to show up for yourself every single day. My goal as a coach has always been to create an environment where people feel challenged, supported, seen, and inspired to become stronger in every aspect of life. My Mantra: “The one hour that you spend with me has to be the happiest hour of your day”

PostsGlimpses. Not the highlight reel, but the everyday flow. The workouts that leave you wondering why you signed up or glad that you did, the coaches who push you past that thought, the crew making sure the lights stay on and the music keeps playing. The behind‑the‑scenes hustle, the first‑time wins, the small laughs and banter between sets, the quiet pride when you realize you did something you didn’t think you could. And then there’s the courage of someone who’s never worked out before, walking in and trusting the space enough to try. So much happens here — it’s the moments, the in‑betweens, the tiny bits that add up to something bigger. Everyday life here at our homeground, in all its movement, mess, and magic. And we love every damn bit of it.

PostsStrong doesn’t stop when life changes. It adapts, evolves and shows up anyway. Last year, @tanviguptatakhtani found out she was pregnant. Since then, she hasn’t disappeared, slowed down or used it as a reason to step back. Instead, she’s shown up consistently, quietly and with incredible determination. Now, at 36 weeks, she’s still training, moving and proving what the human body is capable of. Pregnancy is not a handicap. It’s a phase of strength, resilience and transformation. With the right guidance and awareness, staying active is not just safe, it’s empowering. What stands out most isn’t just her physical strength but her mindset. The discipline. The refusal to let labels define her limits. In fact, she gets upset with us coaches if we get over protective. This is what real strength looks like. To anyone out there who feels like they need to stop because life changes, maybe you don’t need to. Maybe you just need to adapt, stay consistent and keep going. Saying we at SOHFIT are proud of this human is an understatement.

PostsPB unlocked!!! HYROX Bangalore Mixed Doubles - 1:14:55 Shaved off 8 minutes from my last race. 3rd place in the Battle of the Gyms made it that much sweeter - repping @sohfitofficial ⚡️ The race felt good because we pretty much stuck to our plan. Though we ran a little slower than planned, we made up for it at the stations. We showed up for each other at every point in the race, and that’s what makes a doubles race so fun. It was pretty much me trying to keep up with @anishsvora the entire race 🙂↔️🙌 [Hyrox, Hyrox India]

PostsWORDS WILL JUST NEVER BE ENOUGH TO SUM UP HOW I HAVE FELT COACHING THESE 2 ABSOLUTE CRACKPOTS BUT 2 OF THE MOST FUN PEOPLE I HAVE COACHED IN A WHILE. NO, I DID NOT COACH THEM TO REACH THE PODIUM… I DID NOT COACH THEM TO GET THEIR PB TIME & I DEFINITELY DINT COACH THEM JUST FOR THE @hyroxindia RACE THE FIRST THING I ASKED THEM INDIVIDUALLY WAS… “WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS RACE? WHAT IS YOUR WHY” IS IT SOME SORT OF EXTERNAL VALIDATION?? IS IT SOME COLLAB? IS IT TO FEEL WORTHY?? IS IT TO FEEL ENOUGH FOR THE WORLD? IS IT TO BOOST THEIR FOLLOWERS?? NAAA…. THESE 2 HAD THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL WHY’s? WHICH WENT WAYY BEYOND ALL THAT I MENTIONED ABOVE…. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT WAS ABOUT THEIR FRIENDSHIP AND THEIR COMMITMENT TO EACH OTHER AND TO THEMSELVES… ALL I TOLD THEM WAS….”START THE RACE WITH A SMILE AND CROSS THE FINISH LINE TOGETHER WITH A BIGGER SMILE & BACK EACH OTHER UP IN BETWEEN AT EVERY STEP” & HELL YEAH, THEY HAVE LIVED UP TO IT… @hustlerani @veronicabahl THANK YOU FOR SHOWING UP @sohfitofficial AND MAKING THE LAST 2 MONTHS SO SPECIAL AND ENJOYABLE BY JUST BEING WHO YOU ARE!!! It taught me so much about control, understanding the body better, and moving with more awareness and intention. Reelsthere’s something about lasts. 🤍 this is week 6. the last week of hyrox training. and the moment i keep coming back to from week 5? the last 10-odd minutes of our simulation. the final stretch. the part where we are VERY prone to falling apart and giving up but we did not. because it wasn’t just me holding it together. it wasn’t just Ankita holding it together. it was all three of us. in those last few minutes making sure we crossed that finish line the way we were supposed to. strong. together.🥹 lasts have a way of showing you how training for anything is not just physical, but mental as well. Hyrox doubles is a team sport. and i understand that more deeply with every single week we do this. one more week to go. let’s finish WAY better than how we started. 🏁

ReelsHandstands are such a unique skill to learn. People seem to stumble into the handstand journey from all kinds of training backgrounds - gymnastics, calisthenics, yoga, strength training, even dance. That’s what makes it so unique. Hand balance really transcends disciplines. It’s never just about getting upside down. It’s about understanding alignment and balance, building shoulder strength, stability and mobility, learning how to truly engage the core, creating control through flexion and extension of the spine, understanding the pelvis and the legs, and developing compression. The list honestly goes on. That’s what makes handstands so rewarding — there’s always something to refine, and so much to learn through the process. I’m taking a workshop tomorrow, and from next weekend I’m starting a 5-week in-person Handstand Program at @sohfitofficial Come join me if you’ve been wanting to start or develop your handstand journey. PostsNot every success story happens on the gym floor. Some begin quietly… on a screen. Across cities, time zones, and busy lives, people showed up for 40 days — guided by words, encouragement, and the steady touch of the right coaching. Because sometimes growth doesn’t need a room full of people. Sometimes, all it needs is a phone, a promise to yourself, and someone on the other side reminding you to keep going. This is the beauty of online. Connection through screens. Consistency through community. And stories that prove distance doesn’t dilute determination.

PostsI remember when 9:30 AM first became a class at SOHFIT HQ - early on in 2024. HQ itself was only a few months old then. The first two students? None other than Kritz and yours truly. Just two of us in a class, doing strength. Every single time. You’ll see a few snippets from those early days in this carousel - moments when it was just us showing up, figuring it out as we went. There were even days when I couldn’t make it, and it was just Kritz… and boy, was she consistent. And that’s why we proudly say: Est. 2024. Born and brought up - in the most metaphorical sense — right there on that floor. That was then. And this is today. From a crew of 2 to a family of 15+ (and on some days, even more). But truly, it was never about the numbers. The love, the bond, the unity… that’s what made it what it is. Today, when the two of us blew the candles on these amazing delicacies, it honestly felt overwhelming, in the best possible way. Seeing every single one of these beautiful humans celebrate with us… it was emotional. Because if this isn’t community, if this isn’t a bond… I don’t know what is. We’ve worked out together. We’ve shown our strength. We’ve worked on our weaknesses - and we still do. But the love we felt today… that’s the real strength of this family. So from the bottom of our hearts - thank you. Truly. ❤️ And here’s what Kritika has to share too - because this journey has meant the world to her as well: 6 years with SOHFIT over multiple challenges, and then 2 years at HQ… and here we are. I worked out solo and enjoyed it - but working out with what eventually came together as a crew? I truly thrived in it. Here, we learned to push ourselves while lifting each other up. No competition - only cheering, laughter, and banter… always with respect for each other. I found myself not one, but so many cheerleaders - with the best hearts and the best vibes. And as Reshmi so beautifully put it: from a 2-person duo, every day pushing each other in lifting sisterhood… to a house full of strength, love, and community. ❤️ @krits85 @sohfitofficial
PostsBig addition to the SOHFIT Family. From 13th March. Bringing on board a coach whose experience and range of skill sets will add tremendous value to what we’ve been trying to build. At SOHFIT - Culture matters. Work Ethic matters. Standards matter. He’s someone who understands that coaching is more than programming workouts. It’s about leadership, accountability and creating an environment where people grow (coaches and students alike). Most importantly, he joins an already outstanding group of coaches who continue to push us forward every single day. This isn’t about replacing, it’s about strengthening. Excited for what’s ahead.

PostsAt HQ, the majority of the floor belongs to women. We’re serious. And they’re not just working out — they’re building strength that sticks. From fresh starters to moms balancing it all, to the ones who’ve been grinding for years, they remind us daily that strength is a community project. Yes, a lot of them are personal training with us — but don’t mistake that for “beginner mode.” The kind of strength they’ve built? Let’s just say it’s the kind that carries over way beyond the gym.

PostsI don’t usually like to share photos like this. Coaching isn’t about you, it’s about the people you train. But I also believe you have to put in the work to show others it’s doable. This past year has been a quiet lesson in something I deeply believe in. Change doesn’t and, in this case, didn’t happen quickly. There were no hacks, no shortcuts and definitely no dramatic moments. Just a lot of ordinary days. Some sessions that felt great and some that just drained the hell out of me. There were also days where showing up was the win to be honest (and that happened a lot) It was about putting in the shift when it was hard. Making time rather than excuses and trusting that small, consistent actions eventually pay off. The journey is rarely exciting while you’re in it. But that’s where real change lives. So eat, train and keep on moving. Results, will take care of themselves.
11 Feb 2026
PostsTo the first batch of the day — the 6AM HQ crew- the ones who show up before the sun is out—thank you for trusting SOHFIT with your health, your bodies, and your time. You wake up at 5 to walk in at 6, not always motivated but still choosing to put in the work. Waking up that early just to get your ass kicked isn’t exactly the most exciting way to start the day, but you do it anyway. That consistency is what makes SOHFIT what it is. Seeing your small wins and how much stronger you’ve become is something I don’t take lightly. Coaching you is a responsibility I genuinely care about, and I can’t wait to see this batch get even stronger together.

PostsAt Sohfit HQ, we get to see some seriously amazing humans walk through the door every day — moving, training, laughing, and just doing life with us. Today’s shoutout goes to Anupama, Rajesh, Rambha, Pallavi and Elizabeth. Proof that age really is just a number. Each of them is pure fire — wise, sassy, and full of energy. And when they train, they don’t hold back. Circuits, weights, cardio — they show up, push hard, and somehow make it all look fun. Life keeps happening, but they keep moving. And the best part? Honestly. They’ve only gotten stronger with time. We love having them in the room — not just for how hard they train, but for the energy they bring. Every single time. Sohfit is all about community, and we never hold back in saying that and these three remind us every day that strength and movement has no number.

PostsWe love this nut. Is all we will say 🩵 Over to you @aditigvalani… “As I get ready to attempt my first 21K this Sunday,I can’t help but reflect on how big this feels for me and I’m kind of amazed that I’ve even made it here. 2025 was a truly a year of pushing myself in ways I never imagined I could. Even when things didn’t go as planned, it taught me to be brave enough to try, to show up, and to challenge myself anyway. I joined the Sohfit run series toward the end of the year mostly because running was something I wasn’t good at — and that felt like reason enough to give it a shot. Turns out, consistency is my superpower 😁 Somewhere along the way, Sneha noticed that and nudged me into signing up for the 21K. In a weak moment, I said yes 😅 There really was no turning back then and I decided to just train for it full throttle.Honestly, it’s been such a blast. Sneha is just such an incredible coach and an even more awesome human:).knowing exactly when to push, when to pull back, and always making sure I felt confident about how far I’d come. I am by no means a fast runner, but the joy of seeing how far I’ve come just from showing up every day… that thrill, that happiness, is honestly incomparable. Sohfit and @sohrabk82 have been my constant for a while now — my safe space and home away from home, made so only because of the people in it. My coach, my crew, and my biggest cheerleaders through everything. Armed will all that.. I feel ready to take on Sunday and kickstart 2026.Here’s hoping it’s as kind as gratifying as the past year was. ♥️”

Posts“What a privilege it is to pour your heart into something that brings peace to your soul.” As we wrap up the third edition of the Sohfit Run Series, taking a moment to see how much we have shared : the hard runs, the yappy runs, the joy of firsts, the accomplishments, the failures, the missed laps, hi-fives and everything in between. The grind is over. The early mornings, the sore legs, the mental battles — all behind you now. The hard work is done. You’ve already won.😊(my peeps gonna laugh here, but true) As you all, get ready for TMM 2026, just a reminder ..this final lap isn’t about proving anything. It’s about celebrating how far you’ve come, honoring the work you’ve put in, and trusting the strength you built along the way. Every step you take now, is well practiced, endured, so believe in it with all your heart. Run free. Run proud. Run with joy. This is your moment. It is your victory lap and nothing more. Good luck— go own that last lap! 🔥

PostsWhen it comes to training, I question not just how much but also why we do things a certain way. It doesn’t have to leave you flattened on the floor. Training should be something you can come back to. The kind that challenges you, but still allows you to live your life, show up the next day, and keep moving forward. That’s why, in our humble opinion, training should be hard, but repeatable. Not because it’s easier, but because it’s sustainable. And because consistency is where real progress lives.

PostsWhen we work with kids, our goal isn’t to make them tired. It’s to help them move well, move fast and enjoy training. Speed, for me, is a foundation. Not just sprinting fast, but learning rhythm, posture, coordination and how the body moves through space. From there, we add simple strength, control, and awareness. Slowly and safely. Kids don’t need extreme conditioning. They don’t need to be beasted. They don’t need pressure (they have enough anyway) They need space to develop, physically, mentally and emotionally. While learning how to use their bodies well. If we get that part right, everything else falls into place. Speed, skill and strength sprinkled with a lot of confidence. That will create a lifelong relationship with movement. That’s the goal.

ReelsThis one is personal. Thank you Ajay Uncle - for always having my back and for the trust you placed (and still place) in me. For being that sounding board when I begin to question myself and my decisions. I will always be thankful for having met you in life and for having you as my first official student at SOHFIT. SOHFIT wouldn’t have happened without your trust. Enjoyed our conversation this past weekend and your advice as usual.

ReelsWhat’s the one thing I keep in mind when I train the geriatric population ? Train the person,Not the age. Why do I say that ? Because the principles of training are the same for everyone whether you’re 25 or 75 — progressive overload, proper form, consistency, and individualized programming. Seniors don’t need “special” workouts; they need workouts tailored to their goals, limitations, and lifestyle, just like any other age group. What’s the one tip I would like to give to people wanting to start working out at their later stage of life but scared to start the journey ? Train smart, stay consistent, and remember: age is just one variable, not a limit. Age doesn’t dictate capability — strength level, mobility, and health history do. In frame our young rockstar : @rambhagulati who session by session month by month in the last 1+ year of training shows us what a human body can do with consistently following a simple regimen in it’s 60s compared to what the masses say. #strenghttraining #strengthtrainingforwomen #strengthtrainingfor

ReelsVANILLA RASPBERRY BLISS BALLS Food that works as hard as you do!!! Protein that supports hormones, digestion and recovery — inside a fudgy, delicious bite sized snack. The Func Lab protein + collagen creates the perfect macro balance: 8g fat · 11g protein · 3.3g net carbs per ball. Recipe is below 👇 Want the Brownie Bliss Ball recipe too? Comment FUNC below and I’ll send you that version as well. Ingredients: • Almond meal: 120 g • The Func Lab Vanilla Plant Protein: ~60 g (½ cup) • Unflavoured Collagen peptides: 27 g (3 tbsp) • Desiccated coconut: ⅓ cup (~27 g) • Maple syrup or honey: 60 g (3 tbsp) • 12 fresh raspberries • Dark chocolate chips • Coconut milk: 2 tbsp + almond milk: 2 tbsp • Extra desiccated coconut to roll Method: In a large bowl combine almond flour, vanilla protein powder, collagen peptides and desiccated coconut. Add maple/honey, vanilla (optional) and 4 tbsp vegan milk, then mix until a soft cookie-dough forms. If it feels dry, add water 1 tsp at a time — collagen thickens as it sits. Roll the mixture into 12 balls. Press a small indent in each, add a whole raspberry, then close the dough around it to seal. Arrange on a plate and freeze for 10–15 minutes. Remove from the freezer, stir in the chocolate chips (they melt slightly against the cold dough and create little fudgy pockets), then roll in extra coconut to coat. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days. WANT THE BROWNIE BLISS BALL RECIPE? Comment FUNC and get it! #TheFuncLab #SmartSnacking #FuelBetter #preworkout #shaanasweetside

Posts"You are so lucky," some people say. NOPE, im just consistent. Took many, many months, (16months to be exact with all this extra effort), and lots of hard work in the gym. Picked up the heavy weights. This year, I had many double session days (3 x hyrox prep). Training at HQ in the morning and running in the evenings multiple times a week. Recover & give it my all again in a morning bootcamp session the next day. Did it on days I was tired, when really didn't want it to. But it got done. And most importantly, I listened to my coach. Stayed consistent with his program, and saw myself get stronger & more athletic over time. @sohrabk82 How I had energy to do it all, wasn't magic, wasn't luck... was not just by eating clean.. I had to be really switched on about what im eating, and even WHEN im eating it. I had to sometimes eat when I didn't want to eat. I would be so full that I had to push to get the calories in. Almost 1.8g of bw in protein, plenty carbs (not the enemy), fats, fiber. The more consistent I got with my training, the more my metabolism fired up , so eating more wasn’t optional. It was necessary. Added supplements like creatine, omega 3, magnesium. Sleep dialed in. Lots of water, hyrdrating with electrolytes on intense days. Added yoga and breathwork to the mix to improve recovery. Habits built brick by brick.. I dont fight my mind anymore, I just do what needs to be done. We all know what to do.. we just have to lock in and do it. It takes time, slowly stacks up, one day you see yourself and you are not that same person anymore. I've pushed & challenged my body a lot this last year. To see what it's capable of. And honestly, im proud as heck of myself. Balancing it all being a 40 year old mom of 3... im just getting started.. @sohfitofficial
