ReelsHow could I not post anything for Navratri? This festival is so close to my heart. I still remember when my sisters were in college. They were always excited to go out for dandiya, but Mom was very strict about staying out late. Since I was the eldest—and had married quite young—I became their guardian and took them along. I didn’t really know how to play dandiya or garba the way they did. I’d dance for an hour, then quietly sit and watch them enjoy themselves. When they were finally tired, we’d head home—and somehow, the very next day, they’d have the same energy all over again! That was our routine for the whole week. “माँ, प्लीज़ हम चारों को डांडिया खेलने जाने दो! हम साथ रहेंगे और जल्दी घर लौट आएँगे!” And Mom would call out, “चारों साथ जाना, अपनी बड़ी बहन की बात सुनना—और देर रात तक बाहर मत रहना!” I loved watching my sisters get ready: choosing their outfits, jewellery, makeup and hairstyles. Those little moments still make my heart feel so full. And now, seeing my girls get ready for Navratri brings all those memories back. Some things become a part of your heart without you even realising it. Navratri is one of them for me. For this look, I’ve draped a beautiful Kanjivaram saree, and I just love this colour combination. You can try this style for Navratri too. You can also use a belt, just as I have, to secure the fabric at the waist, leaving your hands completely free to dance and enjoy. If you try this drape, post it on Instagram and tag me. I’d love to see your look and share it on my story. And if you look closely, I’ve draped this saree in a Bengali style, and it gives the whole look such a beautiful Bengali feel. This is exactly what I keep telling you all: a saree is one of the most versatile pieces of fabric. You buy it once, and you can wear it in so many different ways, for so many occasions—and look different every single time. ReelsDay 9, and perhaps one of the most energetic days of Puja. ❤️ There is something so beautiful about watching the dhunuchi naach, the dhak playing, the smoke filling the air, the music, the movement, and everyone completely immersed in the moment. For today, I chose this peacock green saree with its beautiful blue and gold borders, a colour that feels rich, festive and full of character. And if there’s one thing I love about Puja, it’s the sheer joy of dressing up, coming together and celebrating these beautiful days in our own little ways. ReelsThis is what I’d wear on the eighth day of Durga Puja. Nothing too elaborate or fancy—just a Bengali drape that feels special. The pallu has such a lovely, strong colour that I didn’t want to leave it behind. So, instead of draping it the usual way, I brought it forward and rested it on my arms. It held beautifully and added such a lovely pop of colour to the saree. And if you notice, I haven’t made any narrow pleats. I’ve simply made three broad pleats, just like I’ve seen the older ladies do. They would gather the fabric and place it over the shoulder so naturally, and there’s something so beautiful and comforting about that. I always say, there’s no rulebook for draping a saree. Make it your own, add a little twist, and wear it in a way that makes your heart happy—something you feel proud of. Saree @kissehbydollyjain D’Coat @iambydollyjain Jewellery @virrayaa_jewellery

ReelsI’ve always believed that a saree doesn’t have to stay within the boundaries of where it comes from. For Day 7, I took this beautiful Kanjeevaram and gave it a little Bengali twist not quite the traditional Atpoure drape, but my own interpretation of it. I added a belt, played with the drape and let two different saree traditions meet in one look. Perhaps that’s what I love most about the saree it gives you the freedom to respect tradition while still making it your own. ❤️ Saree @kissehbydollyjain D’Coat @iambydollyjain D’Choli @iambydollyjain Jewellery @avama_jewellers

ReelsI’ve always loved the way a saree can travel from one part of India to another and still feel completely at home. ❤️ For Day 6, I’m wearing a beautiful Banarasi, but draping it in the Atpourey style, a Bengali way of wearing a saree that I’ve always found so graceful and effortless. The richness of Banaras, with a little bit of Bengal in the drape. Perhaps that’s what I love most about sarees they carry stories from wherever they come from, and somehow, we make them our own. ❤️ Saree @kissehbydollyjain D’Coat @iambydollyjain D’Choli @iambydollyjain Jewellery @virrayaa_jewellery

ReelsHaving spent so much of my life in Bengal, there are certain traditions that I may not have grown up wearing, but have always felt deeply connected to. ❤️ Shakha Pola is one of them. I’ve always admired how much identity and emotion these simple red and white bangles carry. And today, paired with this beautiful yellow tissue Chanderi, they felt like the perfect little tribute to the Bengal I’ve known and loved for so many years. Day 5 of Durga Puja, a little bit of Bengal, in my own way. 💛❤️ Saree @kissehbydollyjain D’Coat @iambydollyjain Jewellery @virrayaa_jewellery

ReelsThe Bengali drape is beautiful, but the reverse pleat can feel tricky—especially if you’re just starting out. So here’s a very easy way to drape a saree in a Bengali-inspired style. It may not be the authentic drape, but it still carries that lovely Bengali feeling and charm. Try it, and tell me how it turns out. Share a photo with me too—I’d love to see you in your drape and, with your permission, share it on my story… Let’s inspire one another and bring more sarees into every celebration, big or small. 💛 Saree @kissehbydollyjain D’Coat @iambydollyjain Jewellery @virrayaa_jewellery

ReelsToday, there are so many ways to drape a Bengali saree. But there is something special about the Atpoure drape - especially in the classic white and red. Somehow, it just feels different. You don’t just see the drape. You recognise a style that is so deeply Bengali. This is the authentic Bengali drape we have grown up seeing through the ages. And this Durga Puja, I want you to wear it the same way it has been worn for generations. Because when we keep wearing these styles, they don’t get lost. They continue from one generation to the next. Give one day to your culture. قصے · किस्से HANDPICKED BY DOLLY JAIN Jewellery - @avama_jewellers [Kisseh by Dolly Jain, Dolly Jain saree draping, Atpoure draping style, handloom sarees, luxury sarees, Indian sarees, saree draping, saree styling, heirloom sarees, traditional sarees] #KissehByDollyJain #DollyJain #Atpoure #SareeDraping #HandloomSarees

ReelsThis Durga Puja, I’m so excited to share **nine beautiful ways to drape a Bengali saree**. We usually see the Bengali drape styled in just two or three ways. But look at how versatile it really is! With a few little changes, we can create so many different looks and celebrate this beautiful heritage in our own way. For this drape, watch closely. Instead of starting from the front, I’ve started a little from the back. Then, I’ve made two reverse pleats. Next, bring the pallu around from the front and shape it into a right angle. After that, just follow along with the video. This Durga Puja, let’s welcome Maa with nine gorgeous sarees and nine lovely Bengali drapes. Wouldn’t it be beautiful to show her a different look each time—with all our love, devotion, and excitement? I can already imagine the colours, the pallu, the little details… and that feeling in our hearts when Maa comes home. ReelsA Kisseh is experienced differently by everyone. At @theindiastory we saw our sarees through the eyes of the people who walked in, explored the collection and found the ones that spoke to them. From the weaves they noticed to the sarees they couldn’t stop looking at, here’s what they had to say about their Kisseh experience. Because every saree has a story. And sometimes, it begins with the person who chooses it. قصے · किस्से HANDPICKED BY DOLLY JAIN [Kisseh by Dolly Jain, customer experience, saree collection, handloom sarees, authentic handloom, Indian sarees, saree exhibition, saree stories, occasion wear sarees, Kolkata saree exhibition] #KissehByDollyJain #EverySareeHasAStory #HandloomSarees #IndianHandloom #SareeStories

ReelsA saree can be beautiful today. But the right saree becomes a part of your story for years to come. At Kisseh, every weave, detail and craft is chosen with that thought in mind. ReelsLet me first tell you about the blouse I’m wearing because it is honestly so comfortable and practical. The fabric is cotton, so it feels soft, breathable, and comfortable on the skin. It also has just the right amount of stretch, which gives you the comfort to move freely without feeling tight or restricted. The blouse has soft padding as well—not those hard pads that make you feel uncomfortable or conscious throughout the day. These pads feel gentle and natural, so you can wear the blouse comfortably for long hours. Another thing I really like is that there are no major fitting issues. The blouse has a string adjuster at the back with zigzag pattern , so you can adjust it according to your body and get the right fit. And once you have adjusted the string according to your size, you don’t need to keep touching it or adjusting it again and again. The blouse also has a side zip, which makes wearing it even easier. But honestly, because the fabric has enough stretch, I usually don’t even open the zip. I simply wear the blouse like a T-shirt, and that makes it so convenient. No struggling, no pulling, no constantly fixing the blouse—just wear it and go. This is the kind of blouse that actually works for you. It feels comfortable, stays in place, and makes wearing a saree much easier. And if you would like me to bring the same design with sleeves, do let me know in the comments. I would love to hear what you think. D’Choli @iambydollyjain
ReelsNormally, we wear the open pallu on the left shoulder—the flowing pallu, the free-flowing pallu. We don’t usually leave the pallu open from the right side. This drape is a little inspired by the Gujarati style, but not completely. Here, I have just left the pallu open. My Dadi used to wear her saree exactly like this. She would gently gather the fabric on her shoulder, and somehow, she managed everything so beautifully—without using even one safety pin. I still wonder how she handled her pleats, her pallu, and everything so effortlessly. She would even cover her head with the saree in the most beautiful way. There was so much grace in the way she dressed. She always used to say, “I don’t like making holes in my saree.” That one sentence has stayed with me. Maybe that is why sarees are never just sarees for me. Every drape carries a memory. Every fold reminds me of someone. Sometimes, you may forget the product, but you will never forget the story, the feeling, or the person connected to it. Also this sari reminds me of one of my favourite actress, @madhuridixitnene Saree @kissehbydollyjain D’Coat @iambydollyjain

ReelsIn a world where it is not always easy to know who is truly your friend, who wishes you well, and who is waiting to see you fall, having a Guru in our lives is one of life’s greatest blessings. Guru jee never guides us for personal gain. He only wants us to live a healthy, peaceful, meaningful, and respectful life. His teachings show us the right path and remind us to stay connected to our values, our faith, and our inner goodness. I have always believed that Jainism is not just a religion—it is a way of life, a way of living with compassion, discipline, truth, and awareness. Every time I meet Maharaj Shree, I learn something new. I often wish I could listen to him every single day, because every word carries wisdom and the power to transform our lives. But learning is meaningful only when we practise it. When we truly understand and bring these teachings into our daily lives, life becomes more peaceful, beautiful, and purposeful. I feel deeply blessed, grateful, and fortunate to have Maharaj Shree @prasann_manah jee’s guidance. His presence brings peace to my heart, strength to my mind, and clarity to my journey. May I always remain humble enough to listen, wise enough to understand, and sincere enough to follow the path he shows me. @prasann_manah 🙏🏻

ReelsThis is not a new video. I had actually posted it almost two years ago. But because I have been travelling back-to-back, I could not record it again. And since so many of you requested me to show this drape, I thought, why not bring back my old video? Sometimes, an old video carries the same love, the same excitement, and the same little secret that we still want to share with you. In this drape, there is one small trick that many people do not show. This is the reason the saree stays loose near the ankle and does not sit comfortably. So, watch carefully. Once I finish the entire drape, you will see a small piece of fabric between the legs. This is the fabric you need to gently pull according to how tight or comfortable you want the saree to be around your ankles. Once you get the right fit, simply pull it neatly and pin it in place. That one small step makes such a beautiful difference. The Maharashtrian community has mastered this drape because it is a part of their everyday tradition and culture. For many of us, it may look a little technical in the beginning, but please do not give up. Come, try it with me. Once you understand the steps, you will realise how comfortable and beautiful this drape really is. It feels almost like wearing a dhoti pant, while still giving you the grace, elegance and beauty of a saree. Sometimes, all a saree needs is one little secret, a little patience and the courage to try something new. And once you learn this drape, I am sure you will fall in love with it.
ReelsThis is a very simple georgette saree, but it carries a very special story. My daughter’s friends gifted it to her on her birthday. And the moment I saw it, I quietly took it from her. I loved the colour, the softness, the way it fell, and the way it draped. It is still hanging in my wardrobe—and honestly, I have no plans of giving it back to her. What makes me happiest is seeing young girls go shopping not only for jeans and T-shirts, but also for sarees. They may not know everything about fabrics yet, but they know how to choose something with love. They saw this saree, thought of their friend, and gifted it to her with so much warmth and affection. And that is what touched me the most. This is not fast fashion. This is something that will stay. Years from now, whenever my daughter takes this saree out of the wardrobe—well, technically, my wardrobe—we will both remember her friends, her birthday, their love, and this beautiful little moment. The fabric may be simple, but the emotion is priceless. That is why I always say: a saree is not just something you wear. It is a memory you can drape, a story you can carry, and love that stays with you forever.

PostsLet me share a little about my Cannes experience this time. For so many years, I’ve never travelled without my assistant. But this time, just four days before my trip, her visa got rejected. And honestly, I was completely panicking. I didn’t know what to do or how I would manage everything alone. I had made such beautiful plans. I had carried some gorgeous sarees because I wanted to shoot them by the beach, especially during sunset. Cannes has such stunning locations that wherever you stand, it feels like a beautiful canvas. But this time, I had to manage everything on my own. And while I’m so happy that I could do it, the only thing I felt sad about was not being able to wear all the sarees I had planned. I finally wore this beautiful saree from my brand. But I kept thinking, “Who will click my pictures? Who will take my videos?” I didn’t want to keep disturbing people for my content, so I managed with whoever I could find—the hotel guard, the receptionist and even one of the hairdressers! Whatever I could capture, I captured with their help. It may not have been exactly how I had imagined it, but every picture now holds a special memory. And you know what? Sometimes, when life suddenly puts you in a difficult situation, don’t get scared. Maybe it is just testing you and reminding you that you are capable of doing much more than you think. I managed everything all by myself, and I passed with flying colours! I’m honestly so proud of myself. Saree @kissehbydollyjain D’Coat and D’Choli @iambydollyjain Potli @theamyrastore

ReelsTeachers spend so much of their time making sure everyone else is ready. Ready to learn, ready to grow, ready to take on the world. So this Teachers’ Day, I wanted to do something small to make their mornings a little easier. Drawing from my own experience of rushed mornings, I’m sharing one of my favourite saree hacks: pre-draping your saree the night before. I’ve shown you how I measure it, mark the pleats, pin it, fold it and keep it ready, so that when morning comes, you’re already one step ahead. Talking about teachers and sarees also takes me back to my school days. I remember my teacher, Rani Miss, who wore a saree to school every single day. I genuinely used to look forward to seeing what she would wear. Her saree would be absolutely crisp when she arrived in the morning and somehow still perfect when we left in the afternoon. Rani Miss, wherever you are today, I wish I could ask you the same question I probably would have asked you back then: “Which saree are you wearing today?” To Rani Miss, and to every teacher who taught us simply by showing up every single day, thank you for making us who we are. ReelsTrust me when I say this—my relationship with sarees goes back more than 30 years. In all these years, I have never seen my mother, my mother-in-law or any woman in my family wear a saree without a fall attached to it. I still remember when my mother bought a new saree. If the shopkeeper said, “We will attach the fall and deliver it in three or four days,” she would bring the saree home without waiting. That very night, she would sit down and attach the fall herself. And the next morning, she would happily wear the saree to the temple. Back then, I used to wonder, “Why is she so particular? Why can’t she wear the saree without a fall? Why is this little piece of fabric so important?” I didn’t understand it then. But today, when I wear sarees myself, I truly do. A fall may seem like a small detail, but it makes a big difference. It gives the saree strength, helps it drape beautifully, protects the fabric from rubbing against the floor and makes it more comfortable to walk in. That little piece of fabric carries so many memories. So, to everyone who has ever wondered whether a fall should be attached to a saree, I hope you now have a clear answer. Yes, it should. A fall not only supports and protects your saree, but also helps it remain beautiful for a longer time. Sometimes, the smallest details carry the deepest meaning. And for me, every fall attached to a saree carries a little piece of my mother’s love. Saree @kissehbydollyjain D’Coat @iambydollyjain

PostsThis is my first picture after marriage, from my first Rakhi at my sasural. I was happy, but I also felt deeply incomplete. For years, all four sisters had celebrated Rakhi together. That day, without them beside me, everything felt different. After that, we decided that Rakhi would always be celebrated together. Every year, we choose a place, meet there, and tie Rakhi as one family. It is a beautiful feeling—life may change, but the bond between us remains the same.

ReelsSaree is from @kissehbydollyjain DM ‘Vanshi’ to get the saree link. I’ve just returned from Mumbai, and I’m still trying to take in everything that happened. My first-ever exhibition at *The Wedding Collective* was an experience I will carry in my heart for a very long time. I had never really planned to curate a space dedicated to showcasing only my handpicked sarees. But the love and encouragement you have always shown towards my saree choices and collection gave me the confidence to take this step. I displayed my collection of pure handloom sarees, and the response was far more beautiful than I could have imagined. People came to my stall, spoke to me with so much warmth, admired the sarees, clicked pictures, and shared the most wonderful compliments. Some of you even told me that whenever you wanted to buy a pure handloom saree, you now knew exactly where to come. That feeling is impossible to describe. For a few moments, my stall felt less like an exhibition space and more like a place where I was meeting old friends. I also want to address a common perception about handloom sarees. Many people believe that they are always unaffordable, but that is not true. Our range begins at ₹3,500 and goes up depending on the time, effort, and intricacy involved in weaving each saree. Behind every handloom saree is a weaver who has spent countless hours at the loom. The price reflects their skill, patience, and the number of days they have devoted to creating something so beautiful. Thank you to the people who leave loving comments, to those whose profile pictures I recognise, to those who quietly support me from a distance, and to everyone who came forward with a smile, a kind word, or a warm hug. I may not know each of you personally, but I feel your love more deeply than you can imagine. Thank you for making my first exhibition so special. I truly feel blessed to have you all with me on this journey.
ReelsFor me, Onam has always carried the feeling of coming home. And somewhere in that feeling lives the Kasavu. Not just in its ivory and gold, but in the hands that preserve it, the women who pass it down, and the memories that return every time it is draped. ReelsThis was the first time my little one came with me to an event, and not just any event, but one organised by Vogue in beautiful Udaipur. We spent two days there, and honestly, everything was put together so beautifully. The setting, the atmosphere, the feeling of it all… it was truly special. And then came that one little moment I will always remember. The night had been so well planned. Everything was ready. Everything looked perfect. But no matter how much we plan, there are always some things beyond our control. And that is the weather. It started with a little drizzle. We all enjoyed that moment. Then slowly, it turned into proper rain. I did feel a little sad seeing such a beautiful setup and knowing we may not get to enjoy it for too long. But at the same time, I also thought, “Let me stay a little longer.” And I did. I stayed because it had been so long since I had enjoyed getting wet in the rain like that. My hair was tied neatly in a bun, so I had no stress at all. Just that pure, happy, carefree feeling. And apart from all of this, I will be honest, I was also a little stressed in the beginning because I didn’t know whether Aanya would have company there or not. I kept thinking, “Will she be okay? Will she feel comfortable? Will she be bored?” But to my surprise, she made friends so easily. She had such a lovely time. And when she came back, her face was full of joy and her heart was full of memories. She looked at me and said, “Maa, please tell me when this is happening next.” And that one line made my heart so happy. Because in the end, that is all we really want, isn’t it? For our children to feel included, happy, and full of beautiful memories of their own. So yes, I came back home with so much gratitude in my heart. For the rain. For the city. For the memories. ReelsTo all the mothers, a very happy Mother’s Day to you. For a long time, I carried a little guilt in my heart as a mother. While my daughters were growing up, I was also working. I was not always there for every school meeting, every sports day, every doctor visit, or every important moment. Many times, all I could say when I came home was, “Sorry.” But slowly, I learned something very beautiful — while my children were growing, I was also growing as a mother. There is no perfect rulebook for parenting. You learn through life, through struggle, through love, and through experience. Motherhood is never easy. It is made of sacrifice, tiredness, guilt, and endless love. And then, one day, your children grow up and begin to understand. They see your efforts, your sacrifices, and the love you carried silently for them. They come to you and say, “Mumma, we are proud of you.” That is the moment a mother’s heart feels peace. When my daughters hug me, pack my bag, and say, “We are so proud of you,” I forget all my pain and guilt. In that moment, I feel only love. Happy Mother’s Day to every mother who has loved deeply, worked hard, and given everything for her children. One day, your children will understand the heart behind all your sacrifices.

ReelsAnother show, another workshop, another city, and this time it was Ludhiana Honestly, before meeting everyone, I had this thought in my mind, “I wonder if people here will be interested in learning drapes, because Ludhiana is often seen more in kurtas.” But the moment I met you all, I was completely surprised. You had your own beautiful questions, your own interest, and such a genuine love for sarees. I felt so happy seeing how eager you were to learn. “How do we get this drape right?” “Can you show us one more time?” “This makes so much sense now!” Hearing your questions and seeing your excitement made me feel truly grateful. It made me realise once again that love for sarees is everywhere. It does not depend on the city, the clothes people usually wear, or what others may expect. It lives in the heart. Thank you so much, Ludhiana, for all the love and warmth. In that cold weather, the warmth I received from all of you is still with me. I only wish I had more time with you all. I wish I could have stayed longer, talked more, laughed more, and taken so many more pictures. I really missed clicking a few more lovely memories with you. But there is always a next time. And next time, I promise I will keep one full day extra so that we do not miss out on our pictures, our conversations, and all the beautiful moments we still have to create together. Until then, Ludhiana, thank you for making this workshop so special for my heart. My saree and jacket is from my dear friend @falodmohit

When I met both of you, I felt so touched by your kindness, humility, and warmth. Even with all the success you have achieved, you both remain so grounded and sweet. It was such a beautiful experience for me, and I will always cherish this as one of my sweetest memories. I can’t wait to be a part of your next celebration too. @satvindersirsa @mssirsa

ReelsThis drape is made for real life. For teachers, for women who travel by bus or train, for those long days when you are standing, rushing, holding on to a handle, and still trying to look presentable — this is such a thoughtful choice. It is simple, pleated, and easy to carry. The blouse can be sleeveless, or you can wear it with sleeves too. A slightly longer blouse makes it even better, because it stays in place and gives you comfort when you raise your arms through the day. There is no extra fabric to manage, no fuss, no pulling things back into place again and again. Just a neat, beautiful drape that lets you move freely and feel confident. I especially love this for teachers, because so many of them have asked for something like this. And I completely understand why. When your day is busy and your travel is crowded, you want a drape that supports you, not one that demands attention all the time. This one does exactly that. ReelsI can’t get over this look. I was so obsessed with it that I genuinely wanted to post it again. Draping this beautiful sari felt like working on a piece of art. And honestly, when you’re draping for a global platform, there’s always that pressure. When you’re shooting, you know your angles. You know how you’ve been captured. But when you’re walking a red carpet, it’s so different. There are cameras everywhere. From every angle. And trust me, I get nervous every single time. I’ve done the Met Gala a couple of times, but still, every time I feel that same little stress. Because on a red carpet, every pleat matters. Every fold matters. And then you wait for that moment when it goes on social media. That half an hour feels so heavy for everyone who has worked on it. But when I saw her, I just felt WOW … I have done a great job.. ReelsThere is something so beautiful I want to share about this bride. There were many moments when things were going back and forth because of my dates. I had already committed to her wedding, but at the same time I was called to Ludhiana to receive an award from the Governor. Still, I was very clear in my heart that this bride’s day would not be compromised for anything. I simply said, if the award has to happen, it can happen another time. This bride’s day is her day, and I was not going to let anything disturb that promise. When I finally met her, I could see the sparkle in her eyes. But what touched me even more was the sparkle in her mother’s eyes too. That moment felt so full of love, trust, and happiness. It was one of those moments that stays in your heart forever. Because I had enough time, I tried different looks on her. I wanted her to feel completely sure of what we were doing. When there is no rush, you can experiment a little more, you can understand the bride better, and you can create something with more calm and care. And then came the most beautiful part. She was fully ready, wearing a gorgeous lehenga by one of the finest designers in the country, Manish Malhotra. I happened to make a video call, and to be so kind and so sweet, he answered. The bride was over the moon. She was beyond happy. She got to show him how beautiful the lehenga looked on her, how comfortable she felt in it, and how perfectly the colour and head veil came together. That small moment meant so much. Really, these little things may look small from the outside, but they create the biggest feelings in a bride’s heart. A few seconds of kindness, a few words, a simple video call, can become a memory for life. Manish, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this bride feel so special by answering her video call. It may have taken just three minutes of your time, but for her, this is something she will remember for her entire life. ReelsReceiving appreciation always feels special. It gives you a quiet kind of pride in what you are doing. But when that appreciation comes from your own society, your own Jain community, it touches the heart in a very different way. And when the applause comes from Maharaj Shree himself, our Guru, it truly feels like a blessing beyond words. I feel deeply thankful to Jeeva Award for calling me, honoring me, and recognizing my effort. That kind of acknowledgement stays with you. It gives your work even more meaning. A huge congratulations as well to each and every person who was recognized. So many of you have been working so sincerely and so quietly, and that deserves real admiration. Sometimes silence really does speak louder than words. Standing there with all of you, I felt only one thing — there is still so much more to do, so much more to learn, and so much more to achieve. Seeing all of you was inspiring. It reminded me that every sincere effort has value, and every quiet journey carries its own strength. Heartiest congratulations to everyone once again. I genuinely admire all that you are doing, and I truly hope our paths cross again. There is so much to learn from people like you.

ReelsTwenty years ago, I never imagined that one day I would be invited as a guest, welcomed as a public figure, and addressed as a celebrity. Life has its own beautiful way of honoring your journey when you stay true to your work, your passion, and your purpose. Today, I feel deeply grateful and incredibly proud. Proud of how far I have come. Proud of every woman who believes her work is “small,” because nothing is ever small when it is done with sincerity, dignity, and heart. Every step matters. Every effort counts. Every dream has the power to grow beyond what we first imagine. If my journey can inspire even one woman to believe in herself more boldly, then I consider that my biggest blessing. Thank you, Young Indians Kolkata, for inviting me and giving me the space to speak from the heart. Moments like these remind me that when you work with honesty, the world eventually listens. ReelsWhen I got married, there was usually just one makeup artist who did everything — the makeup, the hair, and the draping too. At that time, it felt normal. But now, when I look at my pictures, I can see the difference. The makeup got the most attention, the hair got a little less, and the draping almost got no proper attention at all. Then slowly, the work started becoming more divided. Makeup artists and hair artists became different people. Some hair artists also did draping. But even then, the main focus was mostly on the hair. The dupatta was adjusted quickly, not with full attention, but because it had to be done. Today, things have changed beautifully. We now have makeup artists, hair artists, and drape artists — each one skilled in their own work. And that makes such a big difference. A bride looks her best only when the person doing the work truly understands the fabric, the hair, and the whole look in detail. Thank you so much, @ananya2328 for giving me this chance to dress you up on your very special day. While we were getting her ready, her mother came in, looked at her daughter, and started singing a beautiful song in the most touching voice. We all had to pause for a moment because we wanted to feel that beautiful song and that mother’s love fully. Dressing a bride is one thing, but what I truly take home are the quiet stories in the room — the emotions, the love, the tears, and the beautiful moments that are never spoken, but always felt. ReelsOkay girls, can we take a moment for this saree?” This beautiful printed satin saree is honestly such a dream. I could have styled it the usual way, the way I often show you all, but this time I really wanted to do it in a more Gen Z style. Something a little fresh, a little fun, and something that helps you express yourself better. “Because let’s be real, we all love a look that feels stylish and still feels like us.” So I added a belt. Not because you have to wear one, but because I know so many girls love that nicely defined waist look. And honestly, if you’ve worked hard and you love flaunting your waistline, then why not? Wear that belt, own your look, and feel amazing. “But wait, if belts are not your thing, that is totally okay too.” You can wear this saree without a belt and it still looks absolutely stunning. That’s the beauty of a saree like this. It drapes so softly, hugs your curves in such a flattering way, and makes you feel elegant without trying too hard. “I swear, this is the best feeling ever…” Whenever a girl comes up to me and says, “I wore your drape for my cocktail.” Or, “I followed your video for my farewell.” Or even, “I had a function, and your video was the first thing I opened.” That feeling is so special. It genuinely makes me so happy. Knowing that something I shared helped you feel ready, beautiful, and confident for your big day means so much to me. That’s why I love doing this. It’s never just about wearing a saree. It’s about feeling good in it. It’s about confidence. It’s about making styling feel easy, fun, and real. Saree @satyapaulindia
PostsThis is a little note for you,Dipti jee @ddsgoa @dipti22goa In life, we meet so many people. Some come and go… and after some time, they become just another memory. But then there are a few people whose presence stays with you. Their words, their warmth, their love — everything leaves a mark on your heart. For me, you are one of those very special people. It’s been more than 15 years of knowing you, and honestly, this bond has only become deeper, stronger, and more beautiful with time. Every memory with you feels so precious. Every moment I remember brings a smile, and somewhere, a lot of emotion too. And when you said that you were wearing the saree just because I was there… I don’t know how to explain it, but it touched my heart so deeply. It made me feel so special, so valued. In a world where people hesitate so much, that one sentence made me feel that yes, there is at least one thing in this world that someone trusts me with completely. And that feeling is truly priceless. Thank you for always believing in me. Thank you for encouraging me. Thank you for your warmth, your trust, and your constant love. Some relationships are not defined by how often we meet, but by how deeply they stay in our hearts. And ours is truly one of the most beautiful ones. So this picture is not just a picture… It is a feeling. It is love. It is trust. It is years of memories wrapped in one frame. And I will always hold it close to my heart.

ReelsThis sari… I don’t quite have the right words for it. It’s chiffon—light as air, impossibly soft, and it falls so effortlessly, as if it already knows where it belongs. The kind you don’t need to fuss over… it simply wraps around you and becomes a part of you. When I first got married, I was always experimenting—organza, linen, kota doria… trying everything, discovering my style. And every single time, Navin would look at me and say, “Why don’t you wear another saree?” I would be so confused. I’d walk back to my wardrobe, stand there staring at all my options, and call out to him, “Okay, you tell me… which one should I wear?” And without fail, every time, he would pick a chiffon. Sometimes plain, sometimes printed… but always chiffon. It took me a while to understand. He didn’t really know fabrics, and he didn’t care for names or details. What he noticed was something simpler, something softer… the way it moved, the way it flowed, the way it gently settled around me. And somewhere along the way, chiffon became *our* thing. Every time we stepped out—whether it was dinner, coffee, or even the smallest outing—I found myself reaching for chiffon. Not because it was the easiest choice, but because it felt like something he loved seeing me in. Today, wearing this, it all came back. Those little moments, those quiet exchanges, those small choices that didn’t seem like much at the time… but slowly turned into memories. So maybe you all can tag him and remind him— “It’s been long… you haven’t picked a saree for her.” Because sometimes, love doesn’t live in grand gestures or big words. It lives in the simplest things… like a quiet suggestion, “Change your saree… wear this one.” And somehow, that means everything. Comment LINK 🔗 for a link to this beautiful saree.
PostsI never wanted to flaunt this… but today, I will. Everything you see behind me — every award, every certificate, every medal — is not decoration. It’s 15+ years of showing up… even on the days I was tired, doubted, or completely unseen. There were people who believed this would lead me nowhere. I heard them. I felt it. But deep inside… I always knew I was meant for more. That I didn’t fit in the crowd… because I wasn’t meant to. And today, I stand here… in front of everything I’ve earned. Not given. Earned. This isn’t about proving anyone wrong. This is about not giving up on myself. So yes… this is my story. Hard work. Silent struggles. Unshaken belief. And I’m proud of it.

ReelsI’m sharing this to explain my perspective clearly. I have nothing against stitched or tailor-made blouses—every blouse we create is also made by a tailor, not by an AI. My concern is different. Many of my sarees are 5–10 years old, and their blouses no longer fit me well—some are too tight, others too loose. In such cases, my only option is to pair them with a blouse in a matching or complementary color. I also don’t want to keep investing in too many new blouses. That’s why I prefer having 7–10 basic colors that I can easily mix and match with my sarees, especially since I wear sarees every day. I also feel this is a simple way to make sarees more practical as an everyday outfit. Not everyone has the time to visit tailors or get blouses stitched frequently, but many still want to wear sarees regularly. Having ready-to-wear cotton blouses, without heavy embroidery, makes them easy to wash, maintain, and wear daily. In a small way, this can help bring back the habit of wearing sarees as part of everyday life. #blousestitching #

ReelsFor generations, the saree has remained beautifully the same. We drape it the way our mothers and grandmothers did. Sometimes we also style it differently, a little more fusion, a little more contemporary, but the magic of the saree never changes. And the best part is that we never have to cut it, stitch it, or convert it into something ready to wear. The saree stays timeless. But there is one thing that keeps troubling us again and again. The blouse. In my own life, the saree has stayed constant, but the blouse has changed countless times. When I got married, I was quite slim and my blouses fit perfectly. Then life, and a lot of love from my husband and my mother in law, added a few happy kilos. Suddenly my blouses felt tight. Thankfully there was some margin, so I opened the stitches. A few years later came pregnancy. More body changes, more weight, so I got new blouses stitched. After delivery I thought I would lose weight, but instead I gained some more. Again, new blouses. Then one day I worked hard and finally lost some weight. So once again, all the blouses had to be altered. Tight. Loose. Alter. Stitch again. This cycle kept repeating for years. And just when my body started stabilising, menopause came with its own surprises. Some mornings I would wake up feeling bloated and some days everything would fit perfectly. That is when I realised something very simple. This is not just my story. This is the story of so many women. Our bodies change through different phases of life, but our blouses never understand those changes. That thought led to the birth of D’CHOLI. D’CHOLI is a blouse made with stretchable cotton fabric that gently adapts to your body. One blouse comfortably adjusts one size up and one size down without opening stitches, without alterations.. The blouse I am wearing right now is a size large and it adjusts beautifully with my body. D’CHOLI is not just a blouse. It is a thoughtful solution. It is freedom from constant alterations. It is comfort through every phase of life. Most importantly, it is a design that truly understands women. A blouse that women will love today and the next generations will thank us for.
ReelsThis bride did something incredibly special for her wedding look. She chose to wear her mom’s dupatta as her second dupatta — the pink one you see here. It was the very dupatta her mother wore on her own wedding day, and she wanted to carry that same tradition forward in her own way. And the most beautiful part? Her mom was right there beside her, watching her daughter wear the dupatta she once wore herself. Such a special, full‑circle moment for both of them. We were also very careful while styling it. The dupatta was in great condition, but when something holds this much meaning, you handle it with extra care. Every pin and every fold was done gently to make sure the fabric stayed safe. I draped it on one shoulder, keeping it on the right side so the pink dupatta stayed clearly visible. At the same time, everything was secured properly so she could dance, move freely, and truly enjoy her celebration without worrying about her dupatta. Moments like this always remind me why clothing is never just clothing. It carries stories, traditions, emotions, and love. So when you choose what to wear for your big moments, invest in beautiful handloom pieces — something timeless that you can cherish for years, and maybe even pass on one day. ReelsThere’s always that one moment before an event when everything feels almost ready… except the blouse. The fitting isn’t right. The tailor promised to fix it. But now the calls go unanswered, time is running out, and the stress starts to take over. For years, getting a blouse stitched has come with this uncertainty. Multiple fittings, last-minute adjustments, and the hope that it will finally sit the way it should. And when it doesn’t, the excitement of dressing up quickly turns into worry. ReelsSometimes people say, “It’s just a dupatta. Why can’t they wear it themselves?” Honestly, I usually don’t even know what to say to that. But this video is actually the perfect answer. Look at this beautiful lehenga that she’s wearing. She actually has two dupattas. At first, she was a little hesitant to wear both because she felt it might look like too much. But I told her, “You’re the mother of the groom. Nothing will look extra if it’s styled properly.” Instead of putting a dupatta on both shoulders, I kept one shoulder completely free. I placed both dupattas on one shoulder in a way that one rests softly on her arm, while the other falls behind and creates a lovely cowl effect. So it’s not just about putting a dupatta on. It’s about how you place it, the right position, the right fall, the right pinning, sometimes even a little stitching so that she feels comfortable and doesn’t have to keep worrying about her drape or her outfit the whole time. Reels10 Drawbacks of the Cancan Inside Your Lehenga 1. It’s super heavy All those stiff net layers add extra weight, making your lehenga feel like a full workout session. 2. Sitting becomes a mission Trying to sit gracefully in a cancan is like wrestling with a tutu — it just doesn’t cooperate! 3. Walking feels awkward The stiffness restricts movement, so you end up taking tiny, careful steps instead of gliding elegantly. 4. It traps heat Cancan material doesn’t breathe. After a few minutes of dancing or moving around, it feels like a mini sauna under your lehenga. 5. It scratches your skin The rough net fabric can rub against your legs, causing irritation or redness — especially if worn for long hours. 6. It takes up too much space In cars, chairs, or even elevators — the cancan demands its own personal area. You’ll find yourself apologizing for bumping into people! 7. Difficult to manage during photos It can puff up unevenly or shift, making your lehenga look lopsided in pictures unless someone keeps fixing it. 8. Hard to pack or travel with Cancan skirts don’t fold easily. They take up half your suitcase and still manage to lose their shape. 9. Cleaning is a nightmare The layers trap dust and can’t be easily washed or dry-cleaned without damaging the structure. 10. It’s just uncomfortable At the end of the day, no matter how grand it looks, wearing a cancan for hours is tiring — you’ll be dreaming of changing into pajamas by the end of the event! Pro Tip: If you love the volume but hate the discomfort, try D’Coats or a lightweight structured underskirt. They give the same flared look — minus all the drama and discomfort.

Let me start from the very beginning. The first call came to my manager about blocking the date, and the team said, “Hiranmayi is super excited to have Dolly ma’am drape her Kanjivaram saree!” I smiled, right then, I could already feel the excitement through the phone! You even had a very particular look in mind that you wanted me to recreate. That’s when my manager said, “She’s requesting a quick call with you to discuss it.” So we finally got on that call, and the very first thing you said was, “Oh my God, I can’t believe I’m actually talking to you!” I laughed and replied, “Well, believe it because we’re about to plan your dream look together!” You even ordered a D’coat Bell to get that perfect cancan skirt look without actually wearing those super-annoying cancan skirts! Smart move, I must say! From the moment I landed in Bangalore till the time I took off, everything was just perfect! My stay, my food, and oh, that coffee at your place! I’ve lived some of my best years in Bangalore, and trust me, I’ve tried coffee at almost every corner of the city, but yours? Next level! I even told you, “If you ever open a café, I’ll be your first customer!” Meeting your family was such a heartwarming experience. Everyone came up to say hello, and it felt less like work and more like being part of a big, happy celebration. Thank you, Hiranmayi, for making me a part of your special day, for trusting me with your reception look and for treating me like family. You made me feel so loved and appreciated every single minute. Here’s wishing you a lifetime filled with love, laughter, and endless cups of that perfect coffee. ☕❤️ Drape ❤️ Bride @hiranmayi.saptesh D’Coat @iambydollyjain
ReelsDipti jee… what can I say about her? Every time I try to put my feelings into words, I fall short. She has known me for almost 15 years now. She has seen me struggle, learn, and grow. She has been there through every phase, guiding me, supporting me, and helping me become who I am today. I truly feel so grateful and blessed to have such a beautiful soul in my life. It was her son’s wedding — such a special and emotional moment. She chose a stunning lehenga by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, made of delicate tissue fabric. At first, she was unsure about wearing tissue, worried it might not be comfortable. But after we spoke over a call, we both realized it was the perfect choice. Tissue fabric, when draped right, sits so gracefully — it hugs the body softly and shines beautifully. I am so thankful to God for blessing me with this art — an art that brings me love, respect, and appreciation from people of all ages. It’s a gift that connects hearts, and moments like these remind me how truly blessed I am. ReelsFrom the time I started wearing sarees, I always struggled with my blouses… the fitting, the tailors, the never-ending adjustments around the armhole 😅 It was always such a task! I used to wonder why no one ever made this whole blouse thing simpler. I’ve always been someone who loves comfort over tight fits. I never enjoyed wearing body-hugging blouses — I just wanted something that felt soft, easy, and comfortable all day long 💖 And that’s how D’CHOLI was born — my dream come true, your saree’s new best friend ✨ It’s been just 14 days since we launched, and my heart is so full 🥹 The love, support, and amazing response have been beyond anything I imagined. I’m truly so grateful for each one of you who believed in this idea ❤️ There’s so much more coming — new designs, new styles, and over 50 beautiful colours for you to choose from 🎨 But let’s take it slow, one step at a time, just like this journey began 🌸 Thank you for all the love, blessings, and good wishes that have always been with me. This is just the beginning… and I can’t wait to share more of it with you 🤍 D’CHOLI @iambydollyjain

ReelsYou know what? Every time a bride walks in wearing a Sabyasachi lehenga, my heart just melts. There’s something so magical about it, that rich fabric, the royal embroidery, and yes, that famous logo everyone loves to show off (and honestly, why not?). But during the wedding rituals, when there’s so much happening! The pheras, blessings, hugs, and happy tears you really need your hands free. That’s why I always tell my brides: let’s keep the drape practical yet beautiful. The Seedha Palla drape, neatly pleated and pinned just right, is my absolute favorite. It stays in place, looks elegant, and lets you enjoy every moment without worrying about fixing your dupatta every few minutes. And now, a special note for my gorgeous bride-Sanjelli Chaudhary. Thank you so much for inviting me and making me a part of your big day. It was truly an honour to dress you up. When I heard it was your dream to have your wedding outfit draped by me, I felt so grateful and thankful to God for giving me the chance to live up to such love and trust. Sanjelli, you looked like a vision - graceful, radiant, and full of joy. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your beautiful story. ReelsThe moment I walked in, she stood up with the warmest smile and gave me the tightest hug such a beautiful start to the day! We began chatting about her dupattas and about her stunning Sabyasachi lehenga. She wanted to use the lighter dupatta on her body and the heavier one on her head. But the heavy border and her delicate face made me think twice. So, before her makeup even began, I showed her a quick drape. She instantly understood what I meant and trusted me completely. I explained the pros and cons, and she said, You do what you feel will look best. That trust means everything to me. For me, it’s never just about draping it’s about balancing the fabric so the bride feels light, comfortable, and confident. And oh, it turned out so beautiful! I was genuinely happy seeing her glow. This one was extra close to my heart because I had done her sister’s wedding too it truly felt like being back with family. Also, this video’s a little longer we didn’t add any song this time, just some soft instrumental and our real conversations while I was draping her. Tell me what you think do you enjoy hearing our little chats, or should I go back to just music? 💛 Drape ❤️ Bride @sukritaguptaa Outfit @bridesofsabyasachi Makeup @makeupbynehajain My Outfit @handpaintedoutfitsbyneha

ReelsWearing a blouse should feel effortless, not like something you have to manage all day. Yet so many blouses come with familiar struggles. Armholes that feel restrictive. Zips that refuse to cooperate. Fabric that irritates. And the constant adjusting that quietly takes away from your confidence. Over time, these small inconveniences start to feel normal. We lift our arms carefully. We tug at the back. We shift the fabric into place again and again. Dressing up begins to feel like managing problems instead of enjoying the moment. That’s exactly why we created D’Choli. Designed with thoughtful details that solve what women have been dealing with for years. Comfortable armholes that allow free movement. A smooth, reliable zip. Soft, stretchable fabric that feels easy on the skin. And an inner drawstring that holds everything securely in place, so you don’t have to keep adjusting. You needn’t worry. We’ve taken care of everything. ReelsWe are four sisters and one brother. I’m the eldest, and our baby brother is the youngest. And this little cutie in the video? She’s number three… and also a twin. She may look sweet and innocent, but she’s a complete package — a loving mother of two brilliant kids, a successful Chartered Accountant, and most importantly, the official emergency helpline of our family. Any confusion about shares? Call her. Health issue? Call her. Random doubt at 12:30 at night? Still call her. Don’t understand a medicine name? CALL HER. In our house, blood test reports don’t go to the doctor first. They go to her. We actually wait for her analysis like she’s a senior specialist with years of experience. Honestly, I feel she deserves an honorary medical degree. But beyond all this, I’m deeply attached to her. Ours is the kind of bond where words aren’t even needed. Somehow, whenever she thinks of me, I just land up — like magic. This morning she called and said, “I’m missing you so, so much.” I asked, “What happened? Are you okay?” She told me she was reading a book about an elder sister, and while finishing it, she kept missing me. Then she said, “The character in the book is exactly like you, didi…” I can’t even describe what I felt in that moment. I had planned to give her a surprise... And when she saw me — that expression, that tight hug, that smile with tears — everything is right there in the video. Sometimes love doesn’t need grand gestures. Sometimes love is just showing up. Sometimes love is a silent, tight hug. Sonu, if you ever feel emotional again… if any book makes you heavy… if you ever miss me even a little… Just remember one thing. Your Dolly will always show up. Somehow. Somewhere.
ReelsDear Smity, This is just a small little love note for you. From the moment I walked into your home, the way you and your mom welcomed me… it meant so much. I didn’t feel like a drape artist who had come to dress a bride. I truly felt like I was a part of your family. That’s the beauty of a heartfelt welcome. We Indians really do this the best — full heart, full warmth, no half measures. I still remember when you hugged me and softly whispered in my ear, “I’m so happy you’re here.” That moment stayed with me. I hold on to these beautiful little memories and even write them down, so that one day when I grow old and want to revisit special moments, I can read them and smile all over again. And your lehenga… what a stunning choice. That unusual rust orange color was so beautiful and so unique. The dupatta, the zardozi work — every detail was just perfect. I won’t lie, it was heavy! At one point, I genuinely felt like we were lifting weights together instead of getting you ready for your wedding. But when everything finally came together and you said you weren’t even feeling the weight, that made me so happy. I felt so satisfied knowing I could balance the lehenga and dupatta in a way that you could carry it comfortably and confidently. And when you looked at yourself in the mirror… I’m sure you must have whispered, “Is that really me?” Because you looked absolutely beautiful. Smity, just stay the way you are. Stay kind. Stay warm. Stay exactly you. The world needs your softness and your heart just the way they are. With so much love, and a warm, tight hug to your mom. Beautiful soul @smitykapoor
ReelsI haven’t added any music to this, because the conversation between us was so sweet, it didn’t need any extra background music at all. Sometimes a girl walks in and I just pause for a second. I look at her and think, “Oh my God, she looks so pretty already!” And then, quietly, a small voice in my head says, “The drape could be a little better.” I try to ignore it. I honestly do. I tell myself, “Stay quiet. Don’t say anything.” But I know myself. I can’t. My hands almost start moving on their own. It’s like my heart and my eyes both agree — we have to fix this. When brides and their friends tell me they’ve been waiting for this moment, my heart feels so full. I don’t take that lightly. For me, this is not just work. It’s love. It’s passion. It’s responsibility. It’s pure happiness. It’s trust. Sometimes I joke and say, “I can’t see a drape sitting wrong. It hurts my soul a little!” But behind that little joke is so much care. So much dedication. So much emotion. I truly care about every fold, every pin, every detail. Because I know this moment matters. And being part of such an emotional, happy, once‑in‑a‑lifetime moment? That is the greatest honour I could ever ask for.

ReelsFor years, wearing a saree meant constantly adjusting the blouse. Too tight in some places, too loose in others. Shoulders slipping, back shifting, arms that wouldn’t lift comfortably. And slowly, through the day, confidence fading. Brides would smile and whisper, “यार, ब्लाउज ठीक लग रहा है ना? बार-बार एडजस्ट करना पड़ रहा है…” Someone would ask, “કેમ છે? પાછળથી ખુલ્લું તો નથી ને?” Another would say softly, “ব্লাউজটা খুব টাইট… হাত তুলতে পারছি না।” And laugh nervously, “చేయి ఎత్తితే వెనక అడ్జస్ట్ చేయాలి… చాలా ఇబ్బందిగా ఉంది.” Different languages. Same discomfort. So I decided to change it. After months of trials, fittings and fabric testing, D’Choli was created. It is stretchable for ease, structured for support, and designed to move with you. With an inner drawstring that secures the blouse from within, you can lift your arms without adjusting your back. No pulling. No distraction. Just comfort that stays. This is my very first blouse launch, built from years of listening to women. Because when the blouse fits right, confidence follows naturally. ReelsI don’t often get the chance to drape Jain brides, so doing Rashika’s wedding was really special for me. Being there made me realize how many beautiful connections I’ve built, so many people had some link with me, and hearing them say they felt proud of me because I’m a Jain truly touched my heart. Rashika looked stunning in her golden lehenga with a soft pink touch on her head veil. She was ready on time and got some lovely pictures too. PostsHappy Valentine’s Day to my three biggest strengths — my home, my heart, my everything. ❤️ I don’t always say this properly, so today I just want to keep it simple. You three are my support system. My motivation. My backbone. I travel so much — airports, hotel rooms, different cities. I miss dinners. I miss random hugs. I miss the small everyday moments. But somehow… you never let me feel far. Aanya, my little one — even when I’m miles away, you make me feel like I’m right there in your day. “Papa/Mama, guess what happened today!” And just like that, I’m not traveling anymore. I’m just yours. Ratika — our 9:30 video call queen. Not one miss. Not one excuse. “I’m tired today…” “Camera on. We’re not cancelling family time.” That consistency, that love — it keeps me grounded more than you know. And Navin… what do I even say? You’ve been the most supportive, most understanding husband. You never complain about the crazy schedules. You just say, “Go do what you have to do. We’re right here.” And that gives me all the strength I need. Sometimes I laugh thinking — here I am, traveling everywhere. And my real world, my real peace… is just three faces on a 9:30 video call. You push me beyond my limits. You believe in me when I doubt myself. You hold me together when I feel stretched too thin. Happy Valentine’s Day to my forever team. I am who I am because of you three. ❤️

ReelsFor a long time, wearing a saree has meant making small adjustments we’ve learned to accept. Not because they’re right, but because they’ve always been part of the process. Comfort was often expected to come second, after appearance. Through countless conversations, one thing became clear. A blouse should never demand attention. It should never interrupt your movement or your confidence. It should simply support you, and then disappear from your thoughts. That understanding led to something new. Your D’Choli is here. A blouse created to feel natural from the moment you wear it. Made to offer support without restriction, ease without effort, and comfort that stays consistent through your day. No constant awareness. No adjusting. Just a fit that lets you move, breathe, and be present. Because when the support feels right, everything else follows. This is D’Choli. And it’s finally here. ReelsIt’s easy to assume that women who wear sarees regularly don’t struggle much. That with experience comes comfort, and with routine comes ease. But the conversations told a different story. Women of all ages shared similar feelings. They loved wearing sarees, felt beautiful in them, and yet found themselves distracted through the day. Not because of the saree itself, but because of what came with it. The constant adjusting. The tightness. The feeling that something never felt comfortable enough to forget about. One message said it simply: “I love sarees, but this blouse takes away my confidence.” That line stayed with us. Because it wasn’t just one woman saying it. It was many. Different ages. Different bodies. All speaking about the same discomfort, quietly accepted for years. So we began paying attention. Reading every complaint. Every shared experience. Every detail women spoke about but rarely found answers for. Something thoughtful is coming. Built around the comfort women have been asking for. Stay tuned. ReelsGod has truly given me the biggest responsibility and the most beautiful blessing , the art of dressing a girl for the most important day of her life, the day she becomes a bride! Every time I drape that dupatta or fix that last pin, I feel so much gratitude in my heart. Last night, I travelled overnight just to be here for this lovely girl - my friend’s daughter Yashwi … The moment she hugged me, she whispered, “I’m so relieved you’re here.” And in that second, I felt everything. That tight hug said more than words ever could. A mother just wants one thing on her daughter’s wedding day, someone who will care for her child exactly the way she would. Someone who will say, “Don’t worry, I’m here.” Someone who will gently remind the bride, “You look beautiful… just breathe.” And someone who will tell the mother, “She’s shining, I promise.” I still remember when her mother walked in and saw her there was a sparkle in her eyes, and she softly said, “My daughter looks like the most beautiful bride on this planet.” That moment… that pride… that love… it’s something I can never explain in words. When everything is done and the rush settles, and a mother comes to me, holds my hands, and says, “Thank you for taking care of my girl,” that one hug becomes my biggest reward. To every mother who trusts me with her heart, her emotions, and her daughter, Thank you! Those hugs, those teary smiles, those silent blessings… they mean more to me than anything Drape ❤️ Outfit @bridesofsabyasachi Photographer @lensocrat Makeup @makeupartist_prasenjit89 Mother of the Bride @nishajain_1976 Father of the Bride @meetjain3774
ReelsFor years, sarees have been celebrated for their beauty, grace, and power. They’re admired, styled, photographed, and passed down with pride. Yet behind the elegance, there’s a quiet truth many women carry but rarely say out loud. Across fittings, drapes, and long days in sarees, the same discomfort repeats itself. The same adjustments. The same distractions. The same interruption that turns elegance into effort. What’s surprising isn’t the problem. It’s how universal it is. How many women experience it. And how little it’s been spoken about. After seeing thousands of women step into sarees, one thing became clear. This isn’t an individual struggle. It’s a shared one. And when a problem belongs to so many, it deserves a solution that finally listens. Share your experiences. Every message is being read. ReelsSome outfits don’t just feel uncomfortable, they feel exhausting. Tight fits that don’t let you breathe. Constant adjusting between shots. That moment when you’re counting minutes until you can finally take it off and feel like yourself again. It’s not about how it looks on camera. It’s about how it feels on the body. The pressure, the restriction, the discomfort that builds up quietly while you’re expected to perform, pose, and stay composed. Why should something so essential feel like something you can’t wait to escape from? Why should comfort only come after the shoot ends? We believe it doesn’t have to be this way. And very soon, you’ll see why. Stay tuned. IAM is bringing something exclusive, designed to change this experience completely. #Staytuned #IAMbyDollyJain #modernfit #IAMcomfort #countdown #comingsoon

ReelsThis Valentine’s, I want to say just one simple thing dress up for yourself. Get up, pause for a moment, wear that saree you’ve been saving for “someday,” and remind yourself how powerful and beautiful you truly are. You don’t need a Valentine to feel special. You are your own Valentine. Sometimes, it’s perfectly okay to stop. To take a break from everyone. To sit alone with a cup of coffee, enjoy the silence, and just be with yourself. And honestly, when you really sit with yourself, you realise how comforting your own company can be. Give a little time to your inner soul. Let it breathe, smile, and feel loved. This Valentine, let your soul be the one holding your hand. So today, I am dressed up just to be Dolly. And I loved every bit of it. This blouse I’m wearing is a masterpiece by Anuj Sharma @buttonmasala It’s made of georgette fabric, and if you look closely, it’s all about buttons that’s his magic. The moment I saw it on Instagram, my heart went, “Oh hello, you’re coming home with me.” When I finally wore it with my underskirt, the colours matched so perfectly, like they had planned this meeting long ago. I did a little dance in front of the mirror, because why not, and then I paused. Something still felt missing. My reflection almost said, “Excuse me, where is the saree?” So yes, the moment I draped it, I felt complete. That feeling of being truly dressed, truly myself. I told myself, “You deserve this.” My heart whispered, “Slow down, I’m right here.” And my soul smiled back and said, “Thank you for choosing me.” This isn’t about impressing anyone else. It’s about loving yourself deeply, softly, and honestly. Dressing up, feeling good, and reminding yourself that you are enough just as you are. Today, I felt like the most beautiful Valentine of all. And honestly, I think I might just do this more often. Sharing this Valentine’s look a little early so that if it feels like the one for Valentine’s Day, you have just enough time to place your order ❤️ D’coat Chiffon : @iambydollyjain Blouse : @buttonmasala Earrings : @drape_divaa Shoes : @septembershoes Bag : @stushesto MakeUp : @snehavermamakeup
ReelsSome meetings stay with you. This was one of those. I met her for the first time and instantly felt the positivity. I’ve met people surrounded by luxury, shine, and all the things that usually impress the world, but what often goes missing is warmth and humility. With her, that’s exactly what stood out. I kept thinking, this is what being truly rich feels like. When I started draping her, she mentioned she was wearing a saree after a very long time. During the process, we shared such a beautiful conversation, one that will stay with me for a long time. And I know that someday, when I sit down and reflect on my journey, you might just read a chapter or a page about her. This world really is a beautiful place. Sometimes, all it takes is meeting the right people at the right time.

ReelsOh my God, I really can’t tell you what I did today. I never, ever wear red lipstick. Never. Whenever I see Rekha ji wearing it, I always think, “How does she make it look so beautiful, so powerful, so sexy?”But I always told myself, “This is not for me.” I think the last time I wore a red lip was at a wedding, and after that I decided—no, I just can’t carry it. But today… something felt different. And honestly, this video is not even about the lipstick. It’s about this drape I’m sharing with you. So many of you messaged me saying, “We have beautiful sharara sets, we have stunning sarees, but no dupatta—what do we do?”And I thought, okay, let me give you a solution. This drape is for every girl who wants to wear a saree, but not in the usual way. For those who want to mix their modern sharara with their mama’s or grandma’s old sarees pieces full of memories, emotions, and love. The drape is inspired by the Khara Dupatta from Hyderabad, but it’s not the same. I’ve added my own twist, because I truly love creating something new from what we already have. And yes, I chose this song because it gave me complete Rekha ji vibes. As the music played, I just felt it. No overthinking. No doubts. Just emotions. I really hope you love this look as much as I loved creating it for you. Because some looks are not just worn… they are felt. Sharara set - Personal Bindi @drape_divaa Potli @houseofkosha.in

ReelsEvery time I dress a bride, my heart beats a little faster. Not because of the saree or the pins, but because meeting a bride is like meeting the unknown. You never know her mood, her thoughts, her comfort level. And honestly, the whole vibe changes everything. But the moment I met this beautiful girl—with the warmest heart and that one‑in‑a‑million smile all my nervousness just disappeared. And it did. We didn’t load anything heavy on her shoulders. Instead, we softly built the entire drape around her arms—cinched gently, balanced perfectly, not on the waist, not on the shoulders. At the end, when she smiled and said, “Everything felt so smooth, exactly how I imagined,” my heart just melted. And in that moment I silently said, “Thank you, God, for trusting me with moments like these.” Draped by ❤️ Outfit @abujanisandeepkhosla Makeup @jasmeetkapany

ReelsToday, as I share this video, my heart feels fuller than ever. One of my proudest moments and though words still fall short, I want to try. We reached Delhi late at night. From 11 PM to 3 AM, sleep didn’t come. Excitement, nerves, questions running wild. How do I speak in front of such powerful women? What if I say the wrong thing? By 3 AM, my mind finally rested. Morning came fast. I was ready, but the nervousness stayed. And then something beautiful happened. One warm hug. Then another. And another. Just like that, the fear disappeared. It felt like home. Women I had never met, yet felt deeply connected to one strong Indian family. In that moment, I understood what real strength looks like. These women are the backbone of our nation. Standing quietly behind our Army, Navy, and Air Force. Serving without uniforms. Carrying courage with grace. Being among them was truly an honour. From my heart, thank you to Maam Anupama ji Chauhan for this opportunity and for such warmth and love—it will stay with me forever. That’s why I’m sharing this today, on Republic Day. Our Constitution guides our nation but I also believe every home needs its own constitution. Built on respect. Kindness. Equality. Love. If we practice that at home If we stay calm. If we choose respect. If we lead with love maybe the world becomes a little softer. And that’s the republic I want my child to grow up in. Happy Republic Day 🇮🇳 From a very full heart. Jai Hind 🇮🇳

ReelsThis outfit carries more than just fabric and embroidery it carries a feeling. When I wore this blouse and lehenga earlier, I remember looking at myself and thinking how beautiful it was… the deep arm cuts, the elegance, the drama. Yet somewhere, very quietly, another thought showed up. What if everyone doesn’t feel comfortable wearing something like this, but still wants to feel just as beautiful? That question stayed with me. How much do I show? How much do I hide? Hands free, dupatta present. A soft peek of skin, but still a gentle cover. Yes… even while saying this, I smile because I was confused too 😄 Then something very emotional hit me. If my daughter wore this, she would simply wrap the dupatta around her arms and walk away without a second thought. No hesitation. No overthinking. Just confidence. But me as a mother with a little extra on my arms, a little on my back, even though I truly accept myself… there are moments when I still feel conscious. And that feeling doesn’t make us weak. It makes us human. So this drape came from that exact place. From love. From understanding. From wanting to make women feel held, not hidden. It adds a layer without taking away the beauty. It gives drama without discomfort. It lets you breathe, move, dance and still feel secure. This drape softly says, *“You are allowed to feel comfortable.” It gently reminds you, “Your confidence matters more than trends.” And it promises, “You don’t need to change your body just let the dupatta support you.” If this little drape gives you even a tiny bit more confidence, a little more grace, or makes you feel seen then this was worth sharing. Because fashion isn’t just about looking good. It’s about feeling understood 🤍 Lehenga @aumbyashimaasit Dupatta @janki_india Clutch @stushesto Footwear @stoffastyle Glass bangles are must
ReelsThis post is all about dressing up for Saraswati Puja and everything my heart feels today. Living in Calcutta during this time of the year feels like being wrapped in emotion, beauty, music, and a little bit of magic in the air. I live in Calcutta, where Saraswati Puja is not just a puja, it’s a whole feeling. Maa Saraswati has blessed everyone, of course… but honestly, I sometimes feel she’s been a little biased towards Bengalis. Just my personal feeling. You pick any Bengali and say, “Play an instrument,” and they’ll casually do it. You say, “Sing something,” and boom—beautiful voice. “Can you draw?” Of course they can. And I always joke, “Maa Saraswati loves you all a little extra, doesn’t she?” Today morning, while going out for breakfast, we crossed a college campus. And oh my god. Every single girl was dressed in the most beautiful sarees, mostly yellow. I literally slowed down the car and thought, “Should I just get down and say can I please take a picture with all of you?” Another voice in my head said, “Don’t be that aunty.” So I didn’t. But I really, really wished I had. I’m not a Bengali by birth, but I live here, and I feel this city in the air I breathe. Calcutta doesn’t just celebrate festivals, it lives them. And today, the streets, the smiles, the sarees, the joy—everything felt extra special. I’ve worn this saree earlier too, and I’ve shared the link where you can see which event it was for. That’s the magic of sarees. They don’t ask questions. They don’t care about the occasion, the mood, or the moment. They just fit. Every time. Every emotion. Every celebration. It’s like the weaver never thinks, “This is for one religion or one community.” He just weaves—for anyone who loves sarees. So here I am, feeling grateful, emotional, a little nostalgic, and very happy. Happy Saraswati Puja and Basant panchami to all of you. May Maa Saraswati bless you with wisdom, creativity, happiness, and everything your heart truly deserves. ReelsSometimes you just look at a saree and think, “Okay… how do I not fall in love with this?” That’s exactly how I felt with this collection. It’s so beautiful that it keeps inspiring me to try new drapes, and honestly, I can’t stop posting them. This one is a soft peach Chantley saree with the prettiest silver lace. And then there was the blouse which Ananya was wearing The moment she said, “I made this,” my heart said, “Okay, this needs to be seen.” Then I let my hands do what they love doing. And suddenly… everything just fell into place. This is the kind of look which makes you feel graceful… not loud, not heavy — just beautiful. ReelsMeeting you lovely ladies again feels like pure happiness. Every time I hear, “saree has made such a huge comeback,” my heart smiles because you give me so much love for it. “Honestly, I’m just 1% of this journey… the real magic is YOU,” because while I’m only putting drapes on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, you are the ones actually practising, perfecting, and living every pleat. “Can we please stand and clap for yourselves?” Trying new styles, mixing them up, flaunting your sarees with confidence… that deserves a huge round of applause, not filters. ReelsSo today’s drape… 🤍 The very first time I saw this saree, I knew it was special. And then I saw her carrying it with a peplum top and in that moment I said, “Okay, this has to be styled differently.” “This blouse cannot be hidden.” “This look needs a plan.” That’s when the idea really started forming in my head. I knew I wanted to take her Peplum blouse and build the entire drape around it, in a way that truly enhances the whole look. I looked at her and thought, “This saree deserves structure.” “And this blouse deserves attention.” So I planned this drape something stylish, modern, but still very much a saree. Something you can wear for a cocktail evening or even for a friend’s reception. Elegant, statement‑making, yet comfortable. If you look closely at the drape, you’ll notice the pleats are doing their own little magic . Five pleats facing the right, five facing the left almost like they’re meeting each other in the middle. The remaining fabric is styled in a soft zig‑zag, waterfall effect and placed on the arm, pinned, tucked, and fully secured. And yes, I can already hear the incoming questions 😄 “Is your hand stuck?” “Can you make any movement ?” Relax… one hand is anyway holding a clutch or a phone. This is the left arm, so you’re sorted. Plus, it automatically gives you a great posture for pictures and let’s be honest, pictures matter 📸 And once it’s pinned well, even if there’s an arm movement , nothing moves. We also added a pearl waist chain because when everything comes together and you feel that click you just know 🤍 Inframe @anissasonthalia Saree @swatiandsunaina Draped by ❤️ D’Coat @iambydollyjain
PostsSome trends don’t feel like trends. They feel like time calling you back. When I reshared my 2016 pictures, it didn’t feel like scrolling through a gallery. It felt like sitting with an older version of myself and holding her hand for a while. She smiled more easily. She worried less. She didn’t knew what the next ten years were quietly preparing for her. In those pictures, there is ‘’us’’. Me and my husband, still learning from each other, still growing together. Two little girls, tiny hands, tiny voices, tiny worries. Back then, ten years felt like forever. Today, it feels like it passed in one breath. Between 2016 and 2026, life didn’t just change. It reshaped me. I lost some of my most favourite people. People I thought I’d always see around. My grandmother. My grandfather. My father. They didn’t just leave this world. They left empty chairs, unsaid conversations, and memories that now visit me quietly. I look around sometimes, expecting them to be there… and then I remember. But life, has its strange balance, it also gave us new love. My beautiful niece arrived. A reminder that even when hearts break, they also expand. My daughters grew. And how they grew. I look at my elder one now, and suddenly a thought appears— One day, she will get married. This thought never scared me ten years ago. Now… it gives me goosebumps. It makes my chest tighten. It makes me shiver. Because time doesn’t ask for permission. It just moves. Over these ten years, even I have changed. The way I drape my sarees. The way I shoot them. The way I see myself. Earlier, I never thought much about captions. Now, I live in them. Because I’ve realised— a picture shows a moment, but words hold the emotion behind it. If my 2016 self were standing in front of me today, I think she would say, “You survived things I was scared of.” And if I could reply, I would say, “Thank you for being brave enough to begin.” So here’s to love that stayed. Love that left. Love that arrived. And the woman I became in between.
ReelsThis French lace saree, finished with fine velvet edges, feels truly special to me. When I look at it, I imagine something powerful. If I ever had the chance to drape some of the most influential women in history Queen Victoria, Queen Elizabeth or even the powerful women of today like Michelle Obama, Giorgia Meloni, and Oprah Winfrey, this is exactly the kind of saree I would choose from @swatiandsunaina . I would drape them just like this letting them feel the beauty of India beneath the jackets they often wear, like blazers or trench coats. A saree flowing softly under strength and structure. A gentle cover over the head, like our Indian version of a crown. Because what can be more imperial than wearing your culture with pride? Inframe @gitszy D’Coat @iambydollyjain Saree @swatiandsunaina

ReelsD’Coat @iambydollyjain So I don’t know how many of you have noticed this underskirt I’m wearing. It’s called the D’Coat… And honestly… sometimes I still can’t believe how this whole thing even started. For the longest time, I kept thinking, “Is it just me?” Because no designer was talking about it. No woman was really addressing it either. Everyone just accepted it as normal. But it wasn’t normal. Every time I draped a saree, I felt it. The discomfort. The awkward shape. The constant adjusting. And then one day, while draping, it hit me. I literally said to myself, “Wait… how can the drape ever look perfect if the foundation itself is wrong?” If the underskirt isn’t comfortable… If it’s not the right shape… If it doesn’t sit well on the body… No matter how beautiful the saree is, the drape will never feel right. That’s when I started paying attention. I started collecting problems. Little complaints. Big frustrations. Things women just silently lived with. And then one fine day, after so much thinking, testing, and honestly struggling… we finally did it. We launched the most comfortable underskirt we could possibly create. And we named it THE D’COAT. It really wasn’t easy. There were days I wondered if anyone would even care. If anyone would even notice. But today… When I see women wearing it, loving it, and telling me how different it feels — it just fills my heart. It feels worth it. It feels real. And it feels so, so good.
ReelsThe moment I saw Manjari in this beautiful bodysuit and stockings, something clicked. And when @swatiandsunaina handed me this French lace saree with that structured velvet border, I just knew I don’t want to turn this into a regular drape. I want this drape to speak. I want it to travel the world. I always say this why do we move towards outfits that need so much stitching and structuring, when we already have the most elegant garment in the world? A saree. When an Indian woman steps onto a global platform in a saree, every eye turns. The world pauses for a moment and simply says, “Wow.” So try this drape in your own way. Add your twist. Play with styling. Make it yours. And most importantly, wear it with pride and confidence. Inframe @bigplatesmallplate Saree @swatiandsunaina

ReelsIt took me a while to put this video together because we had too many beautiful moments. Turning all that fun, love, and togetherness into one video wasn’t easy, but I truly wanted to share this experience. For years, we were planning one big family vacation with everyone both sides of the family, brothers, in-laws, sisters, husbands, kids, all of us together. Getting everyone free felt like a miracle, but it finally happened. The moment we reached Sangam Farms, everything slowed down. The property is stunning, peaceful, and so thoughtfully done. The stay itself felt warm and comforting. I rode a bicycle after years, fed fishes and cows, and witnessed something incredibly emotional a cow giving birth. Seeing her pain, then her joy, and later feeding the calf milk reminded me of feeding my own kids. That moment will stay with me forever. We enjoyed fresh organic food straight from the farm, an amazing pool party, morning yoga, and endless games badminton, pickleball, cricket, and board games. Every day was full, yet calm. The best part ? Everyone was off their phones. We even hired a photographer so we could just live the moments. Nights were spent playing cards and laughing, mornings started with yoga. Everything was perfectly organized. This wasn’t just a vacation. It was bonding, emotions, and memories made together. If you’re looking for a place to truly connect with your family, please come here. It’s an experience I wish everyone could have at least once. ReelsToday, I want to share how this video made me feel. The moment I heard those words, something just clicked inside me. It felt so right. So perfectly connected to what I do every single day. And honestly, when people tell me, “We follow you” or “We copy the way you do things,” it fills my heart in the best way. Let me share a small story with you. Almost 7–8 years ago, when I started posting on Instagram, I began sharing all my little hacks, tips, and secrets. The kind of things professionals usually keep to themselves. A lot of people around me my well-wishers, friends, even family came to me and said, “Dolly, don’t share so much. These are your secrets. This is what makes you different.” I remember telling my dad about this. He smiled and said something I will never forget. He said, *“The day you empty yourself of all your secrets, your brain will work even harder to create new ideas. Otherwise, your mind keeps thinking you already have so much that the world doesn’t know so why create more?” Then he added one more line that stayed with me forever: “Just remember one thing only masters are copied.” That was it for me. From that day on, I never stopped sharing. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube wherever I could, I shared openly. Every little saree secret, every trick, every learning. And every time I do, I feel lighter. I feel happier. I feel proud. Sharing doesn’t make me smaller. It makes me more. More creative. More confident. More connected. And every time I share something about sarees that the world didn’t know before, I smile a little wider because this is who I am, and I’m truly proud of it. IB @jainbharatmangilal
ReelsA few days ago, I had one of the most special experiences of my life at NIFT Hyderabad. I was invited there as a speaker, and my heart was so full. Standing on that stage, in front of so many young, talented future designers, felt like a dream. Talking to the teachers who are shaping the next generation of the fashion world made me feel so humbled and grateful. I genuinely felt honoured every single minute I was there. After my session, I was walking around, looking at all the beautiful stalls. And then… my eyes just stopped on one saree. This pink saree that I am wearing today. Usually, I have seen Pathani sarees mostly in dark colours, so this soft, pretty pink shade instantly pulled my heart. It felt fresh, different, and so, so special. I couldn’t take my eyes off it. I went closer and started talking to the person at the stall. While talking, I got to know that he was not just a seller he was the weaver himself. The hands behind this beauty. In that moment, I felt a deep sense of respect. What a big honour to meet the person who created this saree. I requested him to please send this saree to me, because I knew I wanted to wear it with all my heart. It took some time for me to finally wear it my schedule was crazy, and then there was a major goof-up with my blouse stitching. So this saree had to wait a little before it could shine. But today, I am finally here, wearing this pink beauty, and honestly… I can’t stop looking at it. This colour, this weave, this drape it just feels so “me”. A heartfelt thank you to the weaver who poured his skill and soul into this saree. Saree @sagarsilk D’Coat @iambydollyjain
ReelsI want to share something very close to my heart with all of you. For years, we have all worn the classic Nivi style, with the pleats in front. It is beautiful, timeless, and traditional. I love it too. But when I started thinking about the younger generation, I felt a small urge inside me. I felt like doing something different. Something fresh. Something that still respects the tradition, but feels lighter, cooler, and more today. So I tried a new idea. Instead of keeping all the pleats in the front, I moved them to the back. The front stays clean and smooth, almost like a fitted skirt. No extra fabric, no heavy folds. Especially for those with a flat tummy, this style feels so comfortable and confident. Nothing is flashing or shouting for attention in the front. It just feels neat, modern, and effortless. And honestly, when you see it, it feels like magic. From the front, it looks chic and sleek. From the back, you still get those beautiful pleats that remind you it’s a saree after all. It’s the perfect mix of old and new. Tradition with a twist. Now comes the fun part. You can style it any way you want. Add a belt if you like. Carry a cross-body bag. Throw on your sunglasses, a hat, maybe even gloves if that’s your vibe. Use your imagination. Play with it. Make it yours. And remember, this is a gorgeous Banarasi saree. Rich, graceful, and full of history. Wearing it in a modern way doesn’t take away from its beauty. It adds a new story to it. Your story. So go on, girls. Try this drape. Feel it. Walk in it. Dance in it. And then tell me… How did it feel to wear a traditional saree in a modern way? I can’t wait to hear your thoughts. PostsThis saree I’m wearing is from someone who is not just a designer to me, but a very dear friend @shantanugoenkaofficial What I truly love about him is how quietly he works. No noise, no chaos, just pure dedication and love for his craft. He has his own beautiful circle of clients who absolutely adore him, and honestly, it’s easy to see why. His embroidery is so intricate, so thoughtful, and every single outfit feels like a piece of art. The kind of art I feel like framing one day and keeping forever. Every time I wear his work, I’m reminded of how insanely talented we are as Indians. We really have magic in our hands. I’m so grateful for designers like Shantanu, who let their work speak instead of screaming. Maybe that’s why the people who wear his sarees always feel a little… class apart 😉 Today, I’m wearing a simple organza saree with a cape from his brand, and it feels just perfect. Wishing you all the love and luck, my friend. And please don’t stop making these beautiful sarees I promise to keep wearing them and enjoying them at every single event. 💛 Ending this with a smile, a little gratitude, and a lot of love just like his work. ReelsYes, AI is powerful. Yes, it’s impressive. But drape? Drape comes from touch. From years of experience. From pure emotion. Every fold has intention. Every movement tells a story. Tech can help. But it can never replace the soul behind art. So what do you think can creativity exist without emotion?

ReelsI’m starting my new year with something that truly touched my heart. This saree was a belated birthday gift from @the_ame_stories . It’s an organza saree, and painted on it is my portrait. Not just my face, but little details that mean so much to me the ring, the mangalsutra bracelet, even my tattoo. Every part was created with so much love and care. Wrapping myself in it felt like holding love itself. It reminded me that even during the busiest and quietest moments of life, there are invisible hands cheering for you, holding you, and believing in you. It also filled me with pride , pride in artists like her, who don’t create for the noise, but for the connection. Art like this speaks straight to the heart. To every artist and creator out there keep sharing your heart, keep creating, and keep believing in your art. I see you. And yes… there’s something big coming this year. Something I’ve been quietly working on, just for you all. This is only the beginning. 🤍 Saree @the_ame_stories D’Coat @iambydollyjain

ReelsEvery year, every day, every second teaches us something. And with every passing year, when I look back, I see how hard I worked to be where I am today. That feeling fills my heart with so much pride and gratitude. This journey was never mine alone. Every single one of you was a part of it. Some taught me lessons. Some walked beside me. Some cried with me. Some gave me a shoulder when I needed one… and yes, even handed me a tissue when my tears wouldn’t stop—whether from laughter or pain. Even the smallest moments, the tiniest help, the instant care—I remember it all. Nothing is forgotten. Everything is engraved in my heart forever. I put these feelings into words not because I want the world to read them, but because gratitude deserves to be spoken. Becoming someone is not easy. It takes courage, patience, and the strength to think differently when the world doesn’t understand you yet. I am truly thankful to God for giving me the opportunity to not just bring sarees back into fashion, but to revive something beautiful that was slowly fading away. This journey has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life. As I fold my hands and close my 2025, I say thank you—from the deepest part of my heart. A tight hug to the younger ones, A respectful pranam to the elders, And endless love to everyone who stood by me. I wish you all a powerful and successful 2026. May you chase your dreams fearlessly, may your hard work pay off, and may God bless you with everything you truly deserve.
ReelsLet me be very honest. Earlier, I never wanted to do a workshop in Surat. Somewhere in my heart, I felt that copying original sarees on powerloom was unfair to our weavers, and I felt deeply uncomfortable and disrespectful towards their hard work. But life teaches you through people. I started receiving so many messages on my posts saying, “Dolly, you wear such beautiful sarees, but they are very expensive, and we can’t afford them.” That’s when something shifted inside me. I realised— Dolly as a person can love handloom. But Dolly Jain, the saree draping artist, who wants everyone to fall in love with sarees, must respect both worlds—handloom and powerloom. That understanding slowly drew me towards Surat. Doing a workshop there, sharing my love for saree draping with Surat’s saree lovers, became a truly beautiful experience for me. It was executed so gracefully by @thestoritelerevent , the stunning sarees which the models are wearing are by @amrut_thefashionicon and their jewellery is by @charujewels which added so much soul to their grace Thank you so much for welcoming me with so much love and warmth. Until we meet again in Surat. Thank you for all the love 🤍 My saree - personal

ReelsFinally, the last bride of this year and my heart feels full. I travelled to Udaipur to drape @drishtayy for her big day. From the moment I met her, she felt special. She had such a gentle smile and such a beautiful heart. Being around her felt calm, warm, and peaceful—the kind of feeling every bride should carry on her wedding day. When I saw her outfit, I was truly in awe. Of course, it had to be an @abujanisandeepkhosla lehenga. A soft baby pink lehenga with the most graceful dupatta timeless, elegant, and so beautiful. But do you know what touched me the most? There was no cancan. Honestly, it felt like such a relief. Finally, designers are listening to real brides and real needs. A lehenga that doesn’t add extra weight. One that lets a bride breathe, walk, smile, and enjoy her wedding without feeling tired. Knowing she wouldn’t have to carry unnecessary heaviness through such an emotional day made me so happy for her.Like always, the moment I saw her outfit, the drape started forming in my mind. But this time, something else gently caught my attention. Her veil. Written on it were these words: “Just in case nobody has told you yet, you are the most beautiful bride I have ever seen. Take your time, but not too much. I’m coming to make you mine forever.’’ Those words were not just a message. They were love, reassurance, and deep trust stitched into fabric. We decided to keep her drape simple, letting the beauty of the outfit speak for itself. Every detail deserved to shine—the lehenga, the choli, the dupatta. Nothing needed to be hidden. Everything felt just right. When I asked Drishti how comfortable she felt in the drape, she smiled and said she felt very comfortable. I hear this almost every time I dress a bride, but it never stops touching my heart. As an artist who truly loves what she does, these words mean everything to me. They make every early morning, every long hour, and every bit of hard work feel completely worth it. And this is why I do what I do—and why I will continue to do it.Not just to drape a bride, but to stand beside her… quietly holding space for her emotions Outfit @abujanisandeepkhosla Draped by ❤️ Makeup @poojakhuranabeauty
ReelsDoing a saree workshop in the South of India feels like showing the sun how to shine because they are already pros at it. This is a part of the country where sarees aren’t worn once in a while, they are lived in, every single day. That connection is beautiful to witness. So when I was invited to Jito Chennai by the ladies wing to conduct a saree draping workshop, trust me, it honestly felt like standing in front of the masters. The way everyone sat with such patience and such quiet attention. Every small detail I shared was listened to with so much focus and openness. Every pleat, every tuck, every technique was observed so carefully, with so much interest and curiosity. After the session, when I heard someone say, “We’ve been wearing sarees for years, but the little details you shared have really levelled up our draping skills ,” my heart honestly melted. That moment alone made everything worth it. Thank you for opening your hearts to me, for trusting my work, and for being so patient, kind, and beautiful in every sense of the word and a special thank you to @jlwchennai and the @jlw.chennaiplus for organizing and executing this so seamlessly. Everything was so thoughtfully done, with so much grace and care, and it truly showed. Saree @palombrrebypalak Earrings @challani_jewellery

ReelsThere is something I’ve wanted to say for many years, but never had the courage to say it out loud. We prepare for everything in life newborn babies, weddings, festivals, celebrations, new beginnings. But there is one truth of life that none of us can escape… death. When we prepare so much for the beginning, why do we never prepare for the end ? When my father passed away, on the third day I had to step out to buy sarees. I opened my closet and realised it was filled with bright, happy, colourful clothes—clothes that no longer felt right for the silence and heaviness I was carrying inside. That day I realised something I wasn’t ready not emotionally… and not even with my wardrobe. We all know this truth, but we avoid talking about it. I wish I had a few soft, pastel sarees not dull, not loud just calm ,respectful and gentle because yes, you are grieving. Yes, your heart is heavy ,but life around you still continues. And the space around you needs to feel a little lighter, a little calmer so that you can breathe through those days. We should be prepared for every phase of life, even those 13 hardest days after someone has passed . I’m sharing this with a lot of sensitivity and honesty. I don’t know in what phase of life you’ll receiving this message … but it comes from a real perspective of life. Have you ever felt unprepared for a moment like this? Do you think we should talk about these things more openly? If you think yes then Let the emotions speak and reflect them in the outfits that choose peace and serenity because sometimes grief doesn’t need to be shown it had to felt. And let’s be prepared for all moments of life. 🤍 Saree @drape_divaa D’Coat @iambydollyjain
ReelsIt’s Christmas time, and I really wanted to celebrate it my way… in a saree. I still remember this so clearly. I was in Delhi, sitting in my hotel room, just chatting with my team. Christmas was coming, and I kept saying, “I honestly don’t know what to wear. It has to be something beautiful… and it has to be a saree.” While I was talking, Teena was sitting quietly beside me, listening to everything. Suddenly she looked at me and said, “Didi, I’ll make something very special for you this Christmas.” I had absolutely no idea what she was planning. A few days later, I was in Udaipur when the saree arrived. She sent me photos and videos, but we all know — they never really do justice. My husband even sent me a picture, and I’ll be honest, I felt a little disappointed. I remember thinking, "This is probably not the saree I want to wear for Christmas.” Then I came back to Calcutta. I opened the box. I draped the saree on myself. And in that moment, everything changed. It felt like this was the saree I was waiting for. It was so beautiful, so perfect, that I ended up shooting this yesterday just to post this reel. And today, I’m wearing it again because it’s my sister’s birthday. That’s how obsessed I am. This whole experience made me feel something very special. I truly believe we should create things like this — pieces made with thought and love — so that every occasion has its own story, its own emotion, its own special saree. Before you scroll, take a moment to notice the details — the kind that come from immense love and effort by the artist. The way the pleats fall beautifully symbolizes a Christmas tree, adorned with lights, garlands, and tinsel. And if you look at the pallu, you’ll find delicate Christmas-inspired motifs — bells, candy canes, stockings, and baubles — woven thoughtfully into the design. So here I am, celebrating my Christmas with my family here in Calcutta, feeling grateful and full of love. I wish you all a very, very Merry Christmas. May you celebrate this beautiful day with your loved ones — your family and all those dear ones who are close to your heart. Saree @janki_india D'Coat @iambydollyjain
ReelsApart from doing saree drapes, one thing that truly makes my heart happy is being a born to the Jain society. It gives me a sense of peace, values, and belonging that I carry with me every day. It was an absolute honour when the Jain Society of Suryanagar, NCR, Delhi invited me to be part of their cultural event. The event was beautifully organised by the women of the Jain community. Seeing homemakers come on stage and perform with such confidence, grace, and joy was deeply touching. It showed how talented, capable, and powerful our women are. I truly congratulate each and every person who participated and made the event so warm and meaningful. I met Purnamati Mataji for the first time, and her pravachan felt like calm in the middle of all the chaos of life. There was something so powerful, pure, and positive in her words. The more you listen, the more you absorb, and the more you learn—lessons that we truly need in our daily lives. In this constant hustle where time is always running and every day brings a new challenge, we often forget how to slow down and find solutions with patience. Jainism teaches us exactly that—to stay calm, think clearly, and move forward with awareness instead of rushing through problems. That is why pravachans bring so much clarity, vision, and understanding into our lives. This is one of the many reasons I cannot thank the Jain Society enough. It has strengthened my devotion at every step, guided me silently through life, and made me deeply proud to be a part of such a beautiful, peaceful, and value-driven community. Jainism is not just a faith—it is a way of living with compassion, balance, and inner peace. Saree @palombrrebypalak
ReelsIt’s always fun to try something new, and this drape felt exactly like that kind of moment. Puja walked in with her stunning top, and instantlyI knew I wanted to create something special. We had the beautiful Indian brocades juxtaposed with French Chantilly lace saree edged with fine velvet, and in my heart I was very clear—I didn’t want to drape it in the usual way. I really wanted to give it a fresh, new look. Something playful, something bold, something that makes you feel excited to wear a saree. I truly believe sarees are not meant only for formal events. They are so versatile. You can wear them to fun parties, celebrations, or anytime you want to stand out and feel different. Of course, you can always keep it simple, but when you can experiment and try something unique like this… why not? For the younger generation, I feel this urge to experiment comes very naturally. They have the confidence, the ease, and the joy of carrying a drape so beautifully. And that is exactly what I love about GenZ. They are confident, they are sure of themselves, and they know exactly what they’re doing. This look, this drape, this feeling—it’s all about freedom, confidence, and loving who you are while having fun with fashion. And honestly, that’s the most beautiful part of it all. Over time, she turned those folds into art — mastering 357 styles, earning a Limca Record, and building her own brand, "I Am by Dolly Jain". From rule to revolution — she didn’t just drape saris, she redefined them.💫 @dolly.jain #InspiringWomen #IndianFashion #WorldSareeDay [Dolly Jain, Saree Draping, Indian Fashion, Women Entrepreneurs, Style Icon, World Saree Day]

ReelsThis is not a launch story. This is a love story. My journey with Janki India started very randomly. I was just scrolling Instagram when one saree showed up on my feed. And I swear, I didn’t even think. I just felt it. I knew I wanted to wear it. I slid into their DMs myself without any team, or any planning. I asked them to send a few sarees so I could feel the embroidery, the fabric, the finishing, all the tiny details. I picked nine sarees and told them very confidently, “I’ll keep three and return the rest.” Cut to reality: I didn’t return even one. Not a single saree went back. In fact, I didn’t even keep them… I wore all of them. 😂 You all know me. I talk about a saree brand only when I truly love it. No filter. No force. Just honesty. Because if I love something, I shout about it. And if I don’t… well, you know. Janki India didn’t just win my heart, it felt very personal. And I truly wish them all the success and love ahead. They deserve it. And now a very important announcement because I know you’ve all been asking about our D’Coats— “And where can you try them on?” If you’re in Delhi and you want to touch the fabric, see the colours, check your size, and fall in love with our underskirts— you can visit their store at Dhan Mill. Because a beautiful saree and a perfect drape always deserve the right foundation. And sometimes… love really does start with just one scroll. 💛 Saree @janki_india D’Coat @iambydollyjain Jewellery @prithvirajjewels @thedhanmill
ReelsHey beautiful souls! So, the first thing you might notice is my d’coat isn’t exactly the same color as my saree. And you know what? That’s absolutely okay! You don’t have to match it perfectly every single time. If you don’t have the exact shade that matches your saree, don’t worry—it’s totally fine to wear something close enough. Honestly, no one’s going to notice or care as much as you might think. I’m not here to tell you to rush out and buy a new matching d’coat every time you wear a saree. What I truly want you to do is focus on having a few pieces that blend beautifully with many of your sarees. That way, you can relax and enjoy the moment instead of stressing over tiny details. Here’s my little secret to feeling absolutely stunning in a saree: pick a saree that speaks to your heart, wear a blouse that fits you like it was made just for you, and of course, your d’coat (matching or not!). Then, put on some music that lifts your spirit—something that makes you want to dance, laugh, and feel alive. That’s exactly what I do. I play my favorite song, stand in front of the mirror, and tell myself, “You are the most beautiful woman on this planet, and this saree you’re wearing? It’s the most gorgeous thing in the world.” And you know what? The saree wraps around me like a warm, loving hug, as if it’s celebrating me just as much as I’m celebrating it. Before the song even ends, my saree is perfectly draped, and I’m glowing with confidence and joy. It’s not about perfection—it’s about feeling alive, feeling beautiful, and owning your unique magic. So don’t get caught up in the little things. Feel the music, love yourself fiercely, and let your saree tell your beautiful story. You’re incredible just the way you are. Trust me, the world will see it too. Saree @neelamshree_ D'Coat @iambydollyjain
ReelsI have so much fun doing my work, even when people say, “You travel so much and work so hard, aren’t you tired?” I always say, “No, this is what makes me happy. This is what keeps me going and feeling alive.” I truly love my brides and what I do. I want to keep doing this every day, until my last breath. I’m so grateful to all my beautiful brides who trust me to dress them on their special day. When @biancalouzado is around, the energy doubles. She’s full of fun, laughter, and does amazing work. Being with her makes everything even more joyful. This isn’t just a job for me—it’s my passion and my happiness. Every moment with my brides fills my heart, and I’m thankful for every chance to be part of their journey.

ReelsEvery bride worries about one thing—the heavy head veil! I’ve been there, felt that tug and pain too. I’ve already shared how to use wig clips, but now I want to tell you about another easy way to keep your head veil (Dupatta) in place—using a hair comb. It’s super simple, but it really depends on your hairstyle, how heavy your Dupatta is, and how much hair you have. If you have thick hair, you’re lucky! But many brides have less hair at the front, and if you clip there, it might pull and hurt. No bride wants that on her special day! Here’s a little pro tip: use lots of hairspray, backcomb your hair a bit, and put a little stuffing under the comb to hold it firmly. This trick will help your Dupatta stay put without pulling or slipping. Also, I broke two teeth off my hair comb on purpose. Why? So it fits perfectly around the maangtika (forehead jewelry) without messing up your hairstyle. Smart, right? I hope this simple hack helps you wear your Dupatta comfortably and beautifully. This tradition of covering your head is pure magic—it looks so graceful and special. To every budding drape artist, every mother dreaming of her daughter’s perfect, pain-free wedding, and every girl wishing for a flawless bridal look—this little tip is for you. Because your comfort and happiness on your big day matter the most! Inframe @akshata.narain Makeup @biancalouzado Outfit @manishmalhotra05 Hair Combs @drape_divaa
PostsMy dearest Aanya, From the very first day I held your tiny fingers and walked you to Montessori, carrying your little school bag, your bottle, your tiffin box, and your handkerchief, I knew my world had changed forever. I remember teaching you how to walk, talk, and eat, watching you learn your ABCs and so much more. And now, here you are—a graduate. I can hardly believe how fast time has flown. Sometimes, I wish time would slow down just a little. My heart keeps whispering, *Waqt tham ja zara dheere chal*—please stay still for a moment, because watching you grow up so quickly fills me with so many emotions. Aanya, my beautiful girl, I have always been so proud of you, and I will be proud forever. You have taught me more than you know—not just how to be a good human, but how to be the best version of myself. When life feels overwhelming and I am stressed, you remind me to breathe, to stay calm. You say, “Mom, hold on, everything is going to be fine.” Those words are my anchor, my peace. I am so proud of the person you have become. This is your new beginning, a bright new chapter filled with endless possibilities. I wish you all the joy, love, and success in the world. May you soar higher than you ever dreamed. Always remember, no matter where life takes you, you are deeply loved and cherished. You are my heart, my shining star, my forever little girl. With all my love, Mom

ReelsIt’s wedding season again… the season of red, the season of sindoor, and yes… the season of those beautiful, delicate glass bangles. ❤️✨ When I got married, I wore matching glass bangles every single day. For almost a year! And then slowly… they became fewer… and one day, without even realising, I just stopped wearing them. But lately, I’ve started noticing them again. And my heart whispers, “They’re so beautiful… why did you ever stop?” Metal bangles never suited me unless they were pure gold or pure silver.. I would get those rashes and then I’d spend weeks trying to fix them, applying creams like I was preparing for some big skincare exam I never signed up for.” 😅 But glass bangles… ahh, girls, they’re magic. They look gorgeous, and that soft little sound they make? It’s like music from our own hands. Maybe I sound old-school, but honestly, some traditions are beautiful for a reason. And you know what? Glass bangles aren’t just accessories they’re part of solah shringar, part of our culture and charm. There’s a whole world, a whole industry, a whole community of skilled people making these delicate pieces with so much love. Just like I speak about our weavers, I feel the same pride for the artisans who create these bangles. So maybe… maybe it’s time we start wearing them again. For ourselves. For our joy. For the people who keep these traditions alive. They’re made in our country. They’re part of our heritage. And honestly… they’re too beautiful to be forgotten. 💕✨ Saree @iktara.banaras D'Coat @iambydollyjain
ReelsHere’s a little hack I want to share with you all, especially if you’re wearing a heavy lehenga like the mother of the bride in this video. She’s so sweet, and her lehenga is really beautiful—but it’s also quite heavy. You might not notice it on camera, but the best part is, there was no cancan inside, so she could walk easily. The tricky part? She’s very slim, and carrying all that weight around her waist was tough. We tied the drawstring super tight, but it kept slipping. And honestly, when I say you need some butt and bust support for Indian outfits, I really mean it! This is a common problem for people who are a bit flat at the back. Heavy lehengas just don’t stay put easily. So here’s the hack: you can sew a safety pin or a small hook inside your blouse. This helps hold the lehenga in place by sharing the weight, so it doesn’t all press hard on your waist. It makes wearing heavy lehengas so much easier and comfortable! I promise, this little trick can save you from a lot of trouble and make your big day feel smooth and beautiful. It’s a simple thing, but it really works wonders! ReelsIt’s been 20 beautiful years of working with brides, but can you believe this is the first time I got to drape an Assamese bride? It was the first time I got to drape a Mekhela Chador on someone else, as I’ve always only draped it on myself, and that made it even more special. This moment, this bride, this day will stay with me forever because the first time always holds a very special place in the heart. While draping her, there was so much emotion in the air. She shared stories, smiles, and tears with us. If you’ve seen my video, you’ll notice a small piece of fabric that I folded and tucked carefully. It’s hardly visible but it holds a world of meaning. That tiny piece of fabric belonged to her Nani and was part of her wedding dupatta. Her Nani is no longer with her, but the bride wanted her presence near her on this special day. And truly, she was there not physically, but in spirit, in every thread of that heirloom. That’s the beauty and the power of heirlooms. They carry emotions, blessings, and love from one generation to another. Even when the person isn’t around anymore, their warmth stays with you woven into little things that mean everything. Though we kept the drape traditional, my bride wanted to add a touch of her own style. So, together, we created something unique a blend of tradition and her beautiful individuality. I hope you all feel the love and emotion that went into every fold of this look. Inframe @akshata.narain Draped by ❤️ Outfit @shree_silk Makeup @biancalouzado D’Coat @iambydollyjain
ReelsSometimes, when you wear a beautiful corset from such an amazing designer, it just makes you feel so happy inside. Everything felt just right the corset, the music playing, the mood, even my hairstyle. I had so much fun shooting this, and I really hope you enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed making it. Some videos are just super easy and light. For this look, I only used two pins one to hold my lower pleats and one for the side pleats. The rest of the fabric is wrapped around in a way that hugs your waist perfectly. You can even pull it tighter if you want. What I love the most is how this style helps you stand tall and confident, making your pictures look amazing for Instagram. It’s simple, comfortable, and makes me feel really good inside. ReelsI want to share something that truly touched my heart. I had another client who booked me, and I had already told her my timings. And this beautiful soul… she adjusted her own schedule just so I could manage both the places without any stress. The moment she did that, it honestly took a piece of my heart. People don’t realise how much these small acts of kindness mean to us. The respect, the thoughtfulness… I’m just so grateful to God for sending such pure-hearted people my way. Thank you so much, Meher. For who you are. For your kindness. For being such a beautiful soul, inside and out. You made my day in the sweetest, warmest way. 💖 In frame @meharcjuneja Draped by ❤️ Makeup @meerasakhrani Hair @gabrielggeorgiou Videography @annoushkasharma Jewellery @rajmahtanicouturejewels

ReelsSaturdays are my black days! Ever since my astrologer friend @gauri.astro.vastu told me that wearing black on Saturdays brings good energy, I’ve stuck to it and now everyone at my office does too! Today, it’s another beautiful Saturday, another lovely black sari, and lots of fun on set. This time, I wanted to show you a bit of what happens behind the scenes the laughter, the chaos, and all the energy that goes into making a reel. What I love most is sharing my love for sarees and helping you fall in love with them again. If you’re new to draping, start with two styles the pleated and the flowing one. Once you get those, everything else becomes easy! Should I share more behind-the-scenes moments next time? Tell me I’d love to bring you along for more of the fun and magic!” D'Coat @iambydollyjain
