Stop Hiding a Dirty Wall✨ Mere ghar ki ek wall itni buri condition mein thi ki I was literally hiding it behind the plants. Plaster poora phool gaya tha, sab jhad raha tha, aur har baar dekh kar bas lagta tha… isko kabhi na kabhi karna padega. Aur festive season se pehle wahi “kabhi” aa gaya. 😅 Sabse pehle maine saara loose paint hata diya. Then I cleaned the wall and geela karke ready kiya. Uske baad maine wall putty aur Plaster of Paris ka 3:1 ratio bana kar thick paste tayyar kiya aur dheere-dheere poori wall fill karni shuru kari. First, I applied the first layer and let it dry for about 2–3 hours. Phir second layer lagayi, aur finally sab joints smooth karke finish kiya. Wall clean toh lag rahi thi, lekin mujhe kuch artistic touch chahiye tha. Mere paas ek Monstera leaf pada hua tha, so I used that to trace the shape of the leaf. And this is the first time that I was trying texture art using wall putty. It came out fine, not perfect, but honestly, mujhe abhi bhi is wall par bahut proud feel ho raha hai because ye wall bahut hi buri haalat mein thi. Phir last mein light connection dena tha. Outdoor lights mein mujhe wires dikhte hain toh achhe nahi lagte, isliye I decided to use solar lights. Bina wires ke, bina electrician ke, wall ka poora mood hi change ho gaya. Jo wall pehle chhupi hui thi, ab wahi wall meri most favourite wall ban gayi hai. This DIY Wall Makeover turned out to be one of the most satisfying projects I’ve done in a long time. Agar kisi bhi product ya material ke baare mein kuch poochna ho, toh mujhe comment mein bata dena. DIY boring door → classy statement 🚪✨ 🚪 Started with a simple plan for the pattern I wanted. Cut a full veneer sheet accordingly and sanded it first while it was flat to save effort later. After removing all the door hardware, I sanded the door surface so the adhesive could grip well. 🌼 Each veneer piece was pasted with strong furniture adhesive following the pattern I had marked. I made sure the gaps were consistent and played with horizontal and vertical grains to create a more interesting look. 🌺 To finish it off, I added beading around the frame and applied three coats of wood polish — sanding lightly between coats. That’s the trick to getting a smooth finish instead of a rough surface. 👉And this is the final look! 😳 But the entrance still looked incomplete… so I added that arch… so in the next reel I’m showing how I turned this doorway into an arch (my absolute favourite design element). From the left over ply I cut thin strips for wall frame — isi frame pe baad me pegboard mount hoga.👍 🌟 Phir hammer drill se equidistant holes kiye using 14 mm bit, kyunki same size ke ready-made hardwood dowels online mil gaye the — pegs banana easy ho gaya 🙌 💫 Frame bhi 1 inch thick aur ply bhi 1 inch thick, isliye peg almost 2 inch andar jaata hai — heavy books, toys ya shelves easily hold kar leta hai. 👍💪 🫶🏼Peg ke ends pe maine wooden domino pieces fix kiye clean finish ke liye (big buttons bhi use kar sakte ho — idea de rahi hoon 😉). 🤟Thoda hole size adjust kiya jahan needed tha aur done ✔️ budget-friendly sturdy wooden diy pegboard ready. 🤜Koi doubt ho toh yahin pooch lo — detailed long video bhi jaldi post hogi. 👉Feedback zaroor dena… aur bolo next kya DIY karun? 🙂 #diywoodwork #pegboard #diyorganizer #diyhomedecor #storageideas

For you with love 💗 aaj dil ko follow kiya and kuch aisa bana ki dil khush ho gaya. 🥰 💕 Maine waste ply board liya and cut through heart shaped pieces. Then cut a few more 5-inch pieces and joined the two hearts together. The sides were covered using flexible ply — all these materials are easily available at any hardware or ply board store near you. 💕 I used my battery-operated Black+Decker screwdriver, which makes every job so much easier. Then I covered the ply board using a mix of wall putty and plaster of Paris in the ratio 2:1, and added a little white glue for better hold. Let it dry overnight and smoothened the unevenness using sandpaper. Final touch was done with fine sandpaper. 💕 Then I used my favourite stencil and added floral texture using my homemade texture paste (recipe coming soon 😉).
